I had Charlie Browne as my salesman and he was friendly and patient. I knew exactly what I wanted when I was there however, so he didn't have to do too much leg work. He knew most of the questions I asked however, he was also unsure on a few things which I had to later find out on my own AFTER I bought the car. When it came to finalizing the price, he worked with me within my budget to get the car that I wanted. The part that I wasn't too keen on was the fact that I set up a price that I could afford but at the end they offered you a warranty that basically was a no brainer to get however that put me over my budget now. I would've appreciated knowing the warranty up front during the negotiation process so I could've factored that into my decision. I love the car but I've only had it a week. Downfall is that the way Charlie explained the sunroof it seemed that both would open however, only the first one opens and it only opens about 80% of the way.
