Unfortunately most of us do not realize until much later that we were taken advantage of! From the moment we came into the new and beautiful showroom at Novack, we were treated like family. Amy is so competent , and fast! She was able to help us with different rates and options ( this was the first time my son was purchasing a car) Within a matter of days, everything was ready, including the plates, registration, insurance etc. The cost was way below what I had imagined to get my son in a reliable car in great condition and with a warranty! ( unlike buying on Craig's List, which he believed was his only option!)Anyone who is considering a newer vehicle , please stop by at Novack first, you will not be disappointed!
