I called before my lunch hour and specially told them I had an hour so if they couldn't fit me in today that's fine now I'll come another day. I was told it should be done in about 20 minutes. My car got taken into the shop at 1:40 and I just left! Needless to say I'm late for work for an inexcusable reason. Will probably not come back for future oil changes.
