Customer Service: 1.0
Q. Were you assisted promptly? A. Not remotely. I cam in for a test drive before I asked for assistance online. When dealing in person, I waited 15 minutes in a Car by myself waiting for someobody to jump the car. The salesperson didn't even know how to start the thing. When I enquired on a quote later that night. I got an auto-reply from one person telling me he was taking care of the quote. The quote was shifted to another person, she then preceeds to ask me a bunch of questions before she is willing to give me a quote. Then she doesn't do it. She shifts the quote off 6 hours later to another person. Q. Did you get all the information you requested? A. No, the quote was even in adequate it didn't include enough vehicle information so I knew it was the same quote to the vehicle I was looking at. Q. Did you have an opportunity to speak to the Sales Manager? A. I didn't inquire to speak with one. I'm sure I had an opportunity. Q. Did we have what you were looking for? A. I don't really know, because your sales people when in person didn't really know what they had. He didn't look up what was in his inventory he just assumed he knew what was on the lot. Then he tried to sell me a used Sonata that smelled like smoke and didn't show me the vehicle I was actually interested in online. He then lied to me and thought I was looking for a used car which I said nothing of the sort. He even bold face told me that they could get rid of the smoke smell in the car. I highly doubt that if you haven't done it already then why would you have done it. You don't detail cars prior to selling them? I was looking for a new Elantra with a manual transmission, test drive one I did not. He wasted my time and I couldn't get a test drive in. The salesperson refused to actually look up what was in his inventory. Q. What can we do to earn your business today? A. Above all else the quote I got for a vehicle was outrageous given the competitive market. One thing you can do is give a competitive quote. When I show up for a test drive you can show me cars that I'm interested in buying, instead of trying to sell me stinky smokey cars that you haven't cleaned well. Being treated like this isn't really cute. This is the kind of stuff that give car dealers a bad reputation.
