Family trip to Pigeon Forge led to a new car! My kids had a week off school for fall break. Headed to the Smokies, we had car trouble on the way. Not knowing the area at all, we had the Pilot towed to the nearest dealer which was Gates Honda. The service dept., Justin, assessed the situation with the pilot, stayed in contact per phone, and answered all my questions. After our trip in a rental car, we drove 2.5hrs. back to Gates Honda. Brian McMahan helped us get into an awesome vehicle. He was very attentive and courteous. He provided an efficient hassle free transaction. When we were stranded on 75 South I told the kids it's all about the experiences in life. We made the trip and were only a few hours behind schedule. The trip was great, full of memories, and now I have a brand new Murano. Thanks to Brian for a positive experience at Gates. Ask for Brian McMahan!!!
