I purchased my used car in dec of 2015 and have had it for about 10 months now. I have gotten the car serviced at this dealership twice since purchase and have had nothing but good results. The dealership has excellent service pricing, for being a dealership. The dealership is easy to work with and get in contact with. When I have had my car serviced, they have been quick even though one time I walked in. The last time I had service done to my car I scheduled the appointment 3o minutes before I arrived. They were quick and made sure that I knew everything that was going to happen on the vehicle before it happened and also the costs (this was on a Tuesday morning around 8 am; with Alex Tipton). Along with oil changes (at least), there is a free multipoint vehicle inspection that is included, which makes me feel very confident of the safety of my car when I drive off the lot. When I first purchased the car Mr. Love made sure that everything about the car was just as I preferred and needed it. So far the car has been extremely reliable and the car is in great condition. The car was well maintained by the owner(s) before me. Henry Love makes sure to keep in contact with me via phone and emails to make sure that my car is still treating me as it should. There are also some promotions and discounts that I receive from the dealership. Henry does not not feel like a car salesmen at all, but is someone who actually cares about the well-being of his customers.
