General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Chevrolet Cruze and Buick LaCrosse, 2018-2020 Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Terrain, 2018 Chevrolet Malibu, 2019-2020 Buick Encore, Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT4, Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Acadia, and 2020 Cadillac XT6 vehicles. The start/stop accumulator endcap may have missing bolts.

Tried shopping for a used car, test drove it and liked it and made an offer. Salesperson wouldn't even attempt negotiation. After walking away I received a call 2 days later asking about my experience and why I didn't leave with a vehicle. I explained we were too far apart on price apparently and that the salesperson didn't even attempt a counter offer or work on the ridiculous $1000 dealer fees. The person on the phone asked what my offer was and asked if I could come in. I'm active duty and on a very busy duty rotation. I explained that phone or email work best because of my schedule. Haven't heard a thing since and no return from emails. Is this really how you treat those serving your country? What kind of sales approach is this? Disappointed and disgusted.
