I bought a 2014 new Subaru. Salesman told me they don't negotiate price but that they would take great care of us (as in exceptional service.). I wanted to buy local and have good service so I paid the sticker price. I took the Subaru in for a $70.00 oil change and waited 2 1/2 hours! If I hadn't gone to the "service" counter I'd still be there waiting. Why would I want to recommend a business that just does not care about building relationships with customers from their community?
