Not a good car buying experience, don't recommend

Contacted the dealership regarding a purchase of one of a few similar compact vehicles. Once I called in with the details and said that I had my own financing the service representative hung up the phone on me and didn't call back until the following morning at which time the vehicle was no longer available, however several more expensive used and new vehicles were. Just to be clear on my review, I have been taking my car for service to this dealership for 8 years and have bought a vehicle from them in the past. It seems the staff has changed as has any attempt to sell a vehicle unless the profit margin works for the dealership. Regardless I will no longer be taking my vehicle or purchasing from this dealership any longer. The sales representative's excuse was the phones went down at the dealership, and while that is entirely possible, I find it hard to believe that in 2016 that you don't have a cell phone or can ask a co-worker to borrow one to make a sale. And lastly, the vehicles that I am looking at are still showing as available on the website.
