Great Dealership my sales guy eh not what I expect

We just leased or second Cadillac and its beautiful. The dealership was great to us on the last lease with repairs and service. This time our sales guy Bill Donato made two gaffs. First he said buy the car today and the sales manager will eat our overage on miles. After we signed he suddenly had not recollection of saying that and joked to me I lie a lot. The sales manager did make good on it and took care of 3000 of the miles we were over. Second we loved the XT5 we test drove but my wife wanted a different color. Bill said he would find one again after we signed we realized he gave us one that didn't have cooled seats. When I asked him about it he said oh did the one you drove gave them. He should pay attention to details. I mean come on this is Cadillac. I will continue to trust Valenti but please if you use this dealership use a trustworthy sales rep who is paying attention to what you want.
