Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Dodge Journey, Charger and Durango, RAM 2500, 3500, 3500 Cab Chassis (more than 10,000lb), 4500 Cab Chassis and 5500 Cab Chassis, Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee and Chrysler 300, 2014-2019 RAM 1500, 2015-2018 Dodge Challenger, 2015-2017 Chrysler 200, 2016-2018 RAM 3500 Cab Chassis (less than 10,000 lb), 2017-2018 Chrysler Pacifica and 2018 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. These vehicles are being recalled to address a defect that could prevent the cruise control system from disengaging. If, when using cruise control, there is a short circuit within the vehicle's wiring, the driver may not be able to shut off the cruise control either by depressing the brake pedal or manually turning the system off once it has been engaged, resulting in either the vehicle maintaining its current speed or possibly accelerating.

I sent the following email to the dealership due to inaccurately describing a vehicle that I bought:I am writing to let you know that I was very disappointed in the disclosure information on the 2016 Santa Fe that was transported to me on Thursday, October 1, 2016. I met the transport gentleman in a parking lot due to being over 300 miles away from your dealership. The sun was very bright and it was not easy to look at the vehicle for any blemishes. Based upon what I had been told about the vehicle, I went ahead and signed all the papers and sent them back with a certified check for cash sale.Upon getting home with the car and putting it in my garage, I noticed a couple of significant scratches on the drivers door. I felt that I could live with these scratches and they might be able to be buffed out. But when looking at the back right passenger door, I discovered 2 dents and paint rubbed dull due to what looked like someone turning into the vehicle and rubbing into it. The pictures sent to me dont even show the bottom of the right passenger door so I could not see it in the pics either. When I talked to your sales person about the vehicle, I asked him if the body had any dings or dents and he told me that it was in perfect condition. No one ever disclosed to me the dents and rubs on the bottom of the door. While it is not hugely noticeable, I am going to have to have body work done on the car to make it look right again. While the car is extremely nice in condition, I do not appreciate that this was not disclosed to me; and coming home from church today, when I looked in my rear view mirror, I could see 2 small dents in the left back passenger door that you cannot see without looking down the car sideways.All in all, I am very disappointed in this transaction because I trusted your dealership to be above board regarding any blemishes that should have been disclosed and there are several that were not.
