BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Nissan Altima, Armada, Frontier, Kicks, Leaf, Maxima, Murano, NV, NV200, Pathfinder, Rogue, Rogue Sport, Sentra, Titan, Titan Diesel, Versa Note and Versa Sedan vehicles, as well as Infiniti Q50, Q60, QX30 and QX80 vehicles. Additionally included are 2019 Nissan GT-R and Taxi and Infiniti QX50, QX60, Q70, Q70L vehicles. The back-up camera and display settings can be adjusted such that the rear view image is no longer visible and the system will retain that setting the next time the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

I called this dealership to ask about a car, here's how the conversation went: Him: hello Me: hi, do you still have your infiniti g35 available? Him: yea Me: ok, do you have a car fax for the car? Him: yea Me: okay, would you mind reading it to me? Him: mumbles something i don't understand Me: i'm sorry i didn't understand that, can you repeat it? Him: *click* HANGS UP ON ME!!! I know that he hung up on me and that it wasn't an accident because I tried calling him back twice and no joke he sent both of my calls straight to voicemail. Then he texts me saying "sorry can't talk right now". What!!! What kind of business is this?! First the man hung up on me, then sends my calls to voicemail, then texts to say he can't talk. All I wanted to know was if the car had a clean title, goodness. Sucks because I was really interested in the car, but I refuse to do business with anyone this rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I can't imagine how buying a car from him would go.
