Won't tell you right away if car has bad title

Saw a car advertised, looked good in pics. Spoke to a sales guy, offered a price, said he needed to check but that it was probably a go. I asked several times for sales guy to email pics. He sent me a video which was useless and I didn't want. Asked several times for a Carfax, said he would send. When I finally demanded a Carfax before hanging up he admitted the car had a rebuilt title. This was after him going on ad nauseam about how great the car was, that it was "too cool" for me, yada yada. Typical ultra high pressure used car sales tactics. Place sucks.
