I came there to test drive and possibly purchase the Van. I set up appt. They didn't know I was coming. And my name was on the white broad. I have been in sales for over 30 years and your dealership was not prepared for me. They didn't know about the Van they asked me for the stock number, very (unprofessional !!!). I was called early that day from (Danielle Wilk) to confirm. I called her at 1:30pm asking for a carfax, They sent to me the carfax at 3pm. I think they should of told me the car was sold. then or called. But had me coming let's show something else he here already that is poor management. I should of walked out then . So we proceed to walk out into to lot and look for the Van. And then told the car was sold. A big wasit of my time. I going to send this car.com about my experience at your dealership!
