Extremely long wait time

I negotiated a great price for my 2016 Honda Fit, but it did have an issue with the lights that I had to bring back to get fixed.The service department is EXTREMELY slow, and you cannot make an appointment. When I went for my first free oil change, they said the wait was an hour, but I had to wait for three hours before having my oil changed.I called before my second free oil change to see what the wait time was. They said an hour on the phone, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, they said it would be a two hour wait. They recommended if I only wanted to wait 45 minutes, I should come at 7am, which is not possible for me.I contacted the customer service manager who said oil changes take 45 minutes because they do a multi-point inspection, confirmed they do not take appointments, and reiterated their hours of operation.The service department is completely unacceptable.
