Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Ford F-150 and 2017-2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty, and F-550 Super Duty pick-up trucks equipped with an engine block heater. Water and contaminants may get into the block heater cable's splice connector causing corrosion and damage.

Had our car for ten days and never fixed it, lied to constantly by Jack the service manager, disrespectful and untrustworthy. Left us with an unsafe vehicle to drive in Kentucky. Didn't offer to fix if there or get us a safe way back home. The manager there told him on the phone will I was standing there that he could call across the street and get us a rental at 11:40 am before they closed at noon. He wouldn't do it. So I had to drive for three days in a unsafe vehicle and bring it back to Springpfield. I had three children in that vehicle also 5 month old girl, a six year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. He didn't care. Ask to speak with Mr. White, would not talk to me. Ask three times for him to call me. No reply. Picked the car up Monday evening said it was fixed. Drove it home, my wife drove it to the store, then to work Tuesday morning. After work the car would not start again. Call and talked to Jack said it would have to be towed. Had it towed back they signed for it. Called today said he hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know when he would, the said he wouldn't work on it to have it towed someplace else. He is a liar and Untrustworthy. Mr White has never called me either. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH WHITE FORD!!!
