Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2018 F-150, 2018-2020 F-250, F-350, and 2019 Escape vehicles equipped with Continental tires. On the affected vehicles, it is possible that one or more tires were cured for too long during tire production.

In for basic service (oil and tires) which I've done before. Upon arrival I was immediately informed they were running 2 hours behind due to online scheduling glitches. When I pointed out a small nick in the door handle I was informed 'that's for the body shop we don't that'. Knowing that I had a bit of a wait I asked for a ride to the mall and was informed that shuttle service was not offered on Saturday. (Mr Willie did offer a ride and was incredibly nice about doing so)Service was completed sans the nick on the door handle (I guess I'll deal with that on my own) and I was on my way....so there was nothing really BAD about the experience; no one was rude..... but having been there before for similar service it was NOT up to the level I have experienced previously. Maybe everyone was stressed about the excess work, etc...??? I work in health care and we often experience scheduling issues but the biggest focus for us is to avoid letting it interfere with providing excellent service to our patients. Oh and for future reference it would be nice to be notified of services that are not available on Saturday (such as the shuttle - no one told me that when I called to make the appointment. I would like to end on a very positive note - Mr Willie (sorry I do not know his last name) is a truly exceptional employee. I have had the pleasure of interacting with him on several occasions now and he is always extremely professional, kind and willing to do whatever he can to help someone. Truly a gem although I am sure you know that.....please pass along my thanks to him for making my day a bit better.Thank you for listening
