We were customers since 2002 , my mom has bought 3 cars from Southwest motors my husband and I 2 Suv's, and a car and my sister a small car. The service was great but the last purchase my husband and I made was very frustrating we bought a 2012 Nissan pathfinder. I went for a test drive and noticed it was dirty and smelled bad , it had some details on the inside and outside , I liked the vehicle so much, it had all I was looking for but I wasn't very happy about the smell and the bad paint job it had on the seats and the body. The salesman assured me they would clean it and fix the details and I agreed to buy it. The deal was made, in bought the suv and left them the vehicle to get clean and the other details fixed, I came back the next day got the suv and it was the same , dog hair from previous owner, dust and that horrible smell of cigarettes. I told them I wasn't happy and he apologized and told me to bring it back. I brought it back left it there all day came back to get it and they kind of dust it and put some kind of deodorant, but the details on the body and the seats weren't fixed, i told them once again, brought it back , they put some paint on the seat, by the way , it was horribly done and still the body wasn't fixed. I left dissatisfied disappointed and mad because i believed this dealer was the best and they are not the same anymore. To me it seemed like they just wanted to make the sale and after that nothing else was important. this happen in April of this year. I felt stupid and ignored :(
