Bad Brake Inspection

Had front pads replaced less than 2000 miles ago-they stated and marked the inspection form that the rear brakes were good-in the green zone. So a couple weeks later I hear a metallic grinding noise from rear axle area. Luckily I'm near Performance Toyota so take it in and they find rear brake pads are GONE and rotors are shot. And this is after Kings has previously broken two of my wheel covers during a "Free" oil change. (No one from Kings EVER apologized-just stated it like it was an everyday occurrence and not their concern.) I've decided it's well worth the cost of an oil change to avoid Kings Service Department in the future
