Roy was extremely kind and helpful. The whole purchase process was relaxed and there was no pressure from the Sales Consultant at any point. I was of course, offered to test both the units and a card fax was available. I required financing the vehicle and help was not short there either, they simplified the process quite a lot. The vehicle was with only one key and there was no push back on my request for a second one, which has already been given to me in no time.
