Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Acura MDX, 2017-2018 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid, 2018-2019 Honda HR-V and Honda Odyssey, and 2016 Honda HR-V vehicles. The rear brake caliper pistons may have an insufficient coating, causing gas pockets to form, reducing brake performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems."

I called to inquire about pricing and how they obtain it if not from KBB or other well-known vessels. I was told I was being "argumentative" and "rude" by asking these questions and called "honey" and told hung up on. He was a terrible sales person who later in the conversation told me "we treat customers like family". HAHAHAHAHA so I asked "oh this is how you treat family?" and in return was hung up on. He was disgusting. Do not go there where the man named MACK can treat you like an xxxxxxx. He is not giving his business nor sales nor car buying process nor foriengers a good name. Please do not deal with him. He is uncouth and extremely disgusting and has no respect for the Military community that makes up this area.
