Not sure if all employees here have watched and are trained on the "How to be an xxxxxxx bully" customer service tecnhique because 10/10 thats what happened to my bro when he purchased a 2013 Honda Civic for 21k. That is a joke. That car should cost a maximum of 18k if I'm being generous. They threatened, scammed and coerced him into this satanic deal. Then he had to sit through the finance dude yelling at him for refusing extra packages. Definitely 10/10 will report to BBB for unethical practices and 0/10 would recommend to even satan himself. These people here make satan look like an innocent little baby. 10/10 would rather go to Syria then even go here to purchase anything.

I really liked this car but after my test drive, having spent 15 to 20 minutes in the 2018 Honda Fit with leather interior (and a very strong chemical odor), I had a migraine headache that lasted for 4 days. I went back to the dealer and sat in a 2018 Fit with cloth interior for a half hour. This also gave me a headache, although it wasn't as severe as with the leather interior. Still driving my 2000 Civic...and will be test driving other brands.
