I was shopping for a car for my niece, and stumbled up a BMW that was traded in at a Ferarri Dealership. I emailed, and within minutes the phone rang, and a nice man, Robert, told me all about the car. When We arrived, the car was behind the store, and Robert was waiting. He made my niece feel as if she was buying a Ferrari (actually it was at the Maserati Store). We ended up buying a certified BMW elsewhere, but Robert treated us like Rock Stars!
