My name is Tommy WilcoxI have bought two cars from the Plano TX location. I was in on 11/26/16 for a recall issue on the 2011 TSX Acura. She was very polite and professional. She check my car in and gave me an estimated time of completion. She went above expectations. She follow up 2 additional times letting me know the status of my car. I would expect that this employee being in a management position in the future with the appropriate training. Thank you very much for my service. Acura Recall center department needs to be addressed. I left numerous messages for a call back but no calls were ever returned over a two month duration. So i just drove to the Plano location and addressed the issue my self in person. Thank my service advisor again. Linda was so helpful. Please forward this survey to the correct department if needed.
