Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Nissan Maxima, 2013-2016 Nissan Altima, NV200, LEAF, Sentra, and Pathfinder, 2014-2016 Nissan NV200 Taxi, Infiniti QX60, QX60 Hybrid, and Q50 Hybrid, 2014-2017 Nissan Rogue and Infiniti Q50, 2015-2016 Nissan Murano, Murano Hybrid, and Chevrolet City Express, 2014-2015 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid, and 2013 Infiniti JX35 vehicles. In these vehicles, the front seat passenger Occupant Classification System (OCS) may incorrectly classify an adult passenger as a child or classify the seat as empty despite it being occupied. As a result, the passenger frontal air bag may be turned off and not deploy in the event of a crash.

I'm quite certain this review will never make it to the public. The truth hurts. Salesman Chris couldn't find in the inventory the vehicle I was interested in. I was okay with test driving something similar. I would like to have been told the exact vehicle I was looking for was at their "sister" dealership it would be more beneficial to do business there.... closer to my home and that's where they drove to get my vehicle. The agreed negotiated price was manipulated into a rebate, which rebate was NEVER mentioned during deal. I asked for the 0% financing, knowing I qualified. Chris said financing would give me best possible options. Finance man ask me if I believed in God while signing papers, taking my mind off the way the numbers were written as intended. (I do believe in God AND karma). I told him as well about wanting the 0% financing, but was told I couldn't get it. All of paper signing was done after being at dealership for approximately 5 hours.......tired, another trap I won't fall into again. Got ready to leave and had to ask another person how to start the vehicle, since I've never started a push button auto before. Salesperson had started test drive car and other car. Guess I should have paid better attention to realize he was pushing the break in while pressing the button. I was not shown any vehicle operations and I am a first time Nissan owner. I told him this. I was told I would receive my paper work within 3 weeks. Finally went to DMV on day 30. Didn't have what I needed and was incurring penalties. Called dealership; the Revenue Department lady, a friend, and I talked to the same person and got 3 different stories. Of course, the person we needed to talk to wasn't available. I was told I need to drive back there, an hour and 15 minutes away, to pick up the paperwork. When I finally got the correct person, she sent me the paperwork overnight. JUST MAKE THE SALE.......DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER AND FINAGLE THE NUMBERS TO COME OUT ON TOP. NOT THIS OL' WOMAN AGAIN!!!
