LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH | STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR/WINDOW:EMERGENCY EXIT

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Altima vehicles, previously remedied under recall number 17V-040. The door latch-lock cable may not have been routed properly in the rear door when the remedy was applied. As a result, the cable may interfere with the window regulator causing the rear passenger door to unlatch and inadvertently open without warning when the window is lowered.

The place is a little hidden, but they do have an online presence. I did end up purchasing a vehicle about six months ago and the salesman, Piotr, was incredibly helpful. I would give them a full five stars if it wasn't for one small detail. The car was listed as keyless entry, which is does have the capability, but I was only given the valet key and not the remote FOB. That is the only disappointing part of my purchase, other than that my purchase was perfect and I love my vehicle. Would recommend to a friend.

Leased a 2017 Altima 2.5s, the car is super comfortable to drive with the plush seating. Easily enough power to drive in any condition, uphill, passing, highway merging, no problem. Suspension is awesome and a nice quiet ride. Safety rating is 5 star. [non-permissible content removed]
