Oh, Lord. Please stay away from this place. You will regret your purchase like I do. I went based on the Google reviews I read which are largely positive. Those just can't be real. Word of mouth says this place is not a good place. I didn't learn that until I bought here and began talking about my experience with people. I traded a perfectly good car that was paid off (a car they gave me less than blue book for) and bought a car I thought I was getting a good deal on. I was wrong. Only after I purchased did I look up the kbb price for the car I bought: I paid $1,500 over the book value and then all their fees were another $2000. Unbelievable. The car was listed for $13,000 and I ended up financing over $14,000. It should have been listed for $11,500. However, I had a trade worth $2900 and I paid $400 down. By the time the finance guy shows you where to sign (he does not disclose any of the fees to you, you see them when you sign and he appears to be busy and bothered so you won't continue to question any of them). Their dealer fee is $450. They pressure you to buy a warranty and it implies that the cars are just not worthy of being driven off the lot without one. I had to refuse the warranty 7 times before he would let it go and stop haggling. He then moved on to GAP insurance. I declined that 5 times. I purchased a used car from another Murfreesboro dealer and they never mentioned a warranty or GAP insurance and I left that dealership knowing who financed my car and what every single fee I was charged was for. (There was only one fee with that dealer $250). That car was a dream and reliable and I got a FANTASTIC deal on it and even better treatment. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever, ever had. I will never buy a car here again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I am having their name removed from the back of my car and I will tell everyone I possibly can to stay away from City Auto in Murfreesboro. I was ripped off and I am not happy I gave them my business. They clearly did not appreciate it.
