Customer Service: 5.0 Buying Process: 5.0 Quality Of Repair: 5.0 Overall Facilities: 5.0

Ran into Mr Westcott at filling station by my house when he inquired on the sonata I bought last month. After talking for a few I asked him about the car phone that did not work which he informed me its called blue tooth. The dealer I bought the sonata from didn't take the time to show me much about it or anything else about the car.Mr Westcott said not only showed me how to use the blue tooth to make calls but showed me ho to use my GPS with the blue tooth and Pandora. He told me how I could get xm radio for a free trial an several other things about my sonata that I probably would have never known .I liked my sonata when I bought it because of the size and its sporty looks an now I love it.Mr Westcott took at least 20 min out of his Sunday afternoon to show me things about my sonata an said when I have time for a no obligation demonstration on a new one to call him and gave me his card.Mr Westcott is like Superman of the auto industry an the rest of you dealers should be more like him instead of just trying to make a sale.Oh ya one other thing I did the review because the salesperson that sold me the sonata was hounding me do a review an I felt Mr Westcott earned this review because he didn't even ask an was more professional .Thanks again Mr Westcott

Nice SUV. Loads of features for the price

The 2017 Tucson in ECO drive mode shows some hesitation when driving off at lower speeds. The other available mode is SPORT which you have to select for it to be enabled. There should be an option of selecting how you want to drive the car. That is why I didn't give all the points in shifting. Tucsons are not necessarily the quietest ride in town but the level of road noise is perfectly bearable. The entertainment center is so loaded with features that it takes a while to get familiar with all the options and menus. Perhaps in a couple of months I will be able to score higher in this particular topic. Other than these minor inconveniences I am extremely happy with my purchase. This is a very well appointed trim with features found only in much more expensive models from other manufacturers

Look for a car to replace my 2001 Mazda Tribute. The Hyundai Tucson Sport does the job. While I have only had it for 2 weeks I am enjoying it. The seating is comfortable even for my 6' 2" frame. Visibility is good and the ride is great. Just filled it up and got 24 mpg driving in town. I love the kick it has with the Turbo engine. Rear seating is comfortable and the cargo space meets my needs. The instrument panel and displays are well layed out and very easy to use. The only down side is it hesitates at times when turning at an intersection after coming to a stop. I can't quite understand it but if it continues I'll take it to the dealership. If you want a small SUV I recommend this one.

I test drove the Rav4, CX-5, Escape, and Santa Fe before deciding finally on the Tucson. My previous vehicle was a VW GTI, so it was important to me to get something that still looked and felt sporty while driving it and this Tucson qualifies for all of that. While I felt the CX-5 handled slightly better around curves, the Tucson gave a smooth and quiet ride. The acceleration is there when I need it, without the bumps of a sporty suspension. Unfortunately, in Hyundai, in order to get a sunroof one must purchase the highest model (Limited-Ultimate) that also comes with navigation and leather seats (with rear passenger heated seats)! Also, the cargo cover and all weather mats do not come standard and can carry a hefty price tag. For me, the bonuses that came with the panoramic sunroof were worth the extra price! I will say I have noticed that this 7-speed transmission can take some getting used to. Much like my GTI DSG transmission, even though it's an automatic, it FEELS like a manual at times. On inclines, and some coasting to acceleration scenarios the transmission has lagged to shift into the correct gear. I'm currently researching this to see if there is something wrong or just something to get used to.
