ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL | SERVICE BRAKES | SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK:WHEEL SPEED SENSOR

General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2015-2020 Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Yukon, and 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 vehicles equipped with a 5.3-liter engine, a 3.08-ratio rear axle and four-wheel drive. If a wheel-speed sensor fails, while the vehicle is traveling between 41 and 60 mph in four-wheel or automatic mode, the Electronic-Brake Control Module (EBCM) software may activate the driveline-protection system.

I purchased a Black 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4X4 High Country on Monday. I have owned it for about five days now, and couldn't be happier. My wife currently has a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier, so I was pretty familiar with all of the GM technology and design cues. Overall I think the design is extremely appealing and the use of LED lamps was very well done. I like that Chevrolet didn't go all out on the chrome. They made it look classy, but modern all at once. In terms of the interior, I think that the quality has been highly improved since 2013. There are little to no plastics in this interior. I am extremely satisfied with all of the technology aside from Chevy's MyLink Navigation System. Since I have Apple CarPlay, I don't really have to worry about using it anyway. The Dual-Zone Automatic climate control is definitely a great feature to have. Along with climate, I live in Stowe, VT and having heated and cooled seats is a must. Might I also mention that the 22" Gloss Black wheels look astonishing. My kids really like the backseat as it is much like riding in Mom's Tahoe. Chevy really thought about storage in this vehicle. I have absolutely no complaints about that. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed.
