I came for a specific car and I got what I wanted for a good deal. I will definitely recommend this dealership for my friends.
Toyota van with defective Firestone tires.

I bought Toyota Sienna minivan from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues, Jacksonville FL. Now they have Firestone tires when you buy a van. These are defective tires and it can be blown anytime anywhere. I got my front passenger tire blown out and now the dealer says it is not covered. What are they thinking by cheating the customers by putting defective tires. I also took extended coverage from Mark Wootan who charged me additional 4000 dollars. He told me it will cover for 100000 miles for interior and exterior, all electronics, body, etc etc. Now the tire got blown away in less than 7500 miles which is not even a year of buying a new van. Now they say it is not covered. If the tire is not covered what about TPMS, Blind spot indicator, ABS? At least these should cover. Those are part of electronics. They did not repair TPMS, Blind spot indicator, ABS. Overall Toyota is making money out of customers by telling BS stories.

Love, love my van! Only 2 things I wish I could have upgraded: 1) a built in navigation system 2) a dvd system built into the front of each headrest. But I already had a Garmin from my previous van, so that solved that issue. Then I went online and ordered 2 dvd players, so that issue is solved as well! Now my van is complete!

I'd owned an Odyssey (with the repeated brake issues) and a Pilot, but after doing a significant amount of research, decided to go with the 2016 Sienna. Nothing beats a minivan for hauling kids, dogs and everybody's associated stuff (kids and crap). Drives well, great visibility, decent acceleration, seats are comfortable, but...there's this nagging squeak from the seat behind the driver's seat. Oh my goodness, it is making me crazy. I've had the dealer check it out (of course it's "Ma'am, we couldn't duplicate it"; put the jump seat in its spot, moved the seat back and forth, adjusted it, fastened all the seat belts, removed every single piece of anything floating around the inside and, no change. I will bring it up again at the 10k maintenance visit, but I'm pretty confident I'll get the same response as the first. I know there was a problem with the 2010/11 in the third row, but everything I'd read had stated it was resolved. And, here I am. It's enough to make me want to get rid of it. Maybe I am being a princess, but I would expect that at 36k plus, that there would not be these types of issues. Wish me luck. Peace, out.

My first Sienna that I had almost 15 years was great but this one is even better! I tried to go smaller, but the Sienna is so practical with all of it's comfortable seating and storage that I had to stick with the minivan. It rides beautifully!

Our buying decision was largely based on the availability of AWD. Toyota is the only mini-van available with AWD. That fact aside, we've been pleased with the vehicle so far. The ride is "comfy firm" but not harsh. The noise level is quite good, even with 55 series tires. The driveability around town is nice, and it drives better than I expected on the twisty roads. Visibility is quite good. The seats are comfortable, but we haven't driven any 12 hour days yet. The interior layout in the front is good and driver ergonomics are convenient and pleasant. Second row seats are as good as the front and the fore/aft adjustment adds to the versatility when hauling a variety of people and cargo. Blind spot monitoring is a new and helpful feature for me. The navigation and bluetooth functions work well, and the voice controls worked without an extensive training procedure. The price seemed high for the level of technology included. There's no type of lane departure or radar assisted braking offered with going to a premium or signature version. Parker Toyota was excellent to deal with.

AWD averages 21 mpg. No spare tire in AWD model, Run flat tires only. VERY under powered. Cruise control extremely slow to respond. Audio system is poorly designed. Radio has to be manually switched from radio to Bluetooth. Touch screen is unresponsive. This is in comparison to a 2014 Ford Fusion. I am very disappointed with the technology and mostly the extreme lack of engine responsiveness. A/C isn't very cold

Update. We have had our sienna for five months now and still like it a lot. however the mpgs are not as good as i thought. We still have our 04 sienna that we constantly get 25 mpgs. This new one only gets 20 with same driver and conditions. Highway driving not much better. I feel like Toyota has gone backwards in 12 years very disappointing, Hard to see dash when headlights are not on. still a great van just cant understand how these were overlooked.

This is my 2nd Sienna and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I purchased my 1st Sienna 9 years ago when I found out I was pregnant with twins. 129,000 and not one problem!!!! The new 2016 Sienna has awesome features (Bluetooth, navigation, blue ray player, gaming options), and 8 passenger seating is definitely a PLUS!

Excellent $$ value. Beautiful exterior color and finish, exactly what we wanted. Outstanding customer service beginning with sales office (Paul Ward), and including everyone we encountered. From front door to back office, what a friendly, attentive professional staff at Milton Ruben dealership. Excellent Toyota quality, reliability, and resale value. Highly recommend.

You will get 15.5 mpg if u drive all streets and that would be fine if you could tow more than 3500 pounds . My 2010 tundra has a 5.7 v8 and gets same mpg . Sad

The defrost doesn't seem to defrost very fast and the captain seats are very comfortable when trying to recline. Everything else about the car is really cool. Several hidden features that are really neat. Not very luxurious but it is very fancy. I like it and I enjoy driving it.

I especially like the crash avoidance for the front. I put a piece of plywood up on the Driveway and drove toward it. The car braked and stopped just like it was supposed to. This is one feature I was really looking for as I approach old age.

The ride and cabin quality is good. Compare to Honda Odyssey, it will be nice to include the rear view side mirror camera. However, I still like Toyota better due to my prior experience on my 2007 Civic.

Edmunds was great to find the car I wanted and help with pricing. I shopped a couple of dealers and one, Bob Baker Toyota, claimed they would beat another's price, when I got there the manager said he made a mistake. Beware of such claims and gimicks. Toyota of San Diego seemed much more straitforward and honest.

Prior to owning a Toyota sienna I owned a Honda Odyssey for 11 years. There was always one thing that bugged me about my 2005 Odyssey. There was a whistling noise that came through the front defroster vents when driving at high speeds. I learned to live with it. Other than that the car was fantastic. I am now the owner of a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE 8 passenger. The car has been great. I like the look of the vehicle and it is comfortable and handles well. I did notice one thing on this car that bugs me and I guess I'm going to have to live with it. Every time I go over a bump there is a squeaking noise that comes from the rear drivers side seat. I assume it happens because the 8th seat is not connected although I haven't checked that out yet. 99 percent of the time I will not be using the extra seat. To be honest both the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey are about the same. The reason I went with the Toyota Sienna was the outside appearance of the car and the interior layout. Plus I think the idea of putting a vacuum it the Odyssey was a stupid idea. Waste of space. In the Sienna you can store the extra seat in that space so you don't have to bring it in and out of the car when you want to use it. Update to Review: This weekend I put the 8th seat (jump seat) in the car. Squeaking stopped. I'm not that happy that I'll have to listen to all that squeaking since I usually do not leave the extra seat in place. Anybody else have the same issue?
