Customer Service: 1.0 Buying Process: 1.0 Quality Of Repair: 1.0 Overall Facilities: 1.0

I saw several vehicles in the lot that I was considering purchasing. I needed to buy that day and was excited to be at one of only three dealers in my area not owned by the same group. The "owner" of the lot came out and answered two questions I had about miles on the top two contenders for purchase. After which she looked me right in the eye and very snidely asked "Are you actually going to buy a vehicle today? We don't give test rides to people who don't buy." I was shocked and laughed because of the level of awkwardness in that question. I asked her what would make her ask such a question and her response was even more heated about owning the cars and not being willing to waste her time with me. I was appalled to say the least. I told her I "was" going to buy a car today but obviously not from her. Her response, "Good, don't buy a car from me." I still am confused at what would possess anyone to instantly insult someone that is a potential customer. Perhaps it was my appearance that caused her to judge me like that but I was certainly in the market to buy and after that will certainly never allow or recommend any of my friends or family to purchase from there. It was just a sad case of profiling and insult. Humbly written, S.

Have had a lot of issues with this car, A/C had to be recharged 6mo in, the carpet is coming up brought it to nissan and they ended up replacing the whole floor carpet... less than a month later its coming up again. The car sounds rough at times when idle specially at first start up. Haven't even owned the car for a year and the suspension is starting to make noise.. Great on gas milage and so on but these cosmetic issues are getting to be ridiculous.

My car is 1 year and 7 months old and makes noise when you change drive to reverse or reverse to drive. I am not happy with nissan and when I give it back will not buy another Nissan . Nissan corp was understanding and it's new car lemon law so they are doing paperwork to take it back . Not happy with the car. Don't buy it

the car has a poor suspension system, when a passenger moves around in back seat the whole car shakes, going over minor bumps you feel them. the transmission hesitates too much, it is not smooth at all, when shifting the gears you hear a clunking noise on an incline an on level surfaces, was told by factory auth rep. that this is normal, it sure sounds weird. Very poor axceleration. This car was new when i bought it in March /2016

Not impressed with what's supposed to be the best.

This car is cheaply made, i had an accident at no more than 10-12 mph and due to a truck slamming on his brakes i could not stop in time and even pushing the brake as hard as i could the car would not stop quick enough so i hit the rear and the cost of repair was over $4,000.00 to the front end. The air bag sensor bracket was bent back but yet no bag was deployed. I bought the car for my wife but i personally would not own it but she likes it. it is a pretty car and the dash is great. we only have a 150 miles on the car and gas mileage is poor and not what is advertised. I wish i could give it back . I probably won't drive it again as i have a real car of my own, Dodge Challenger not a little go cart with sides. As you can tell i do not like this Sentra SV but it does have a smooth ride. I think it is a dangerous vehicle to be in if you have a bad accident as i have read other reviews of air bags not deploying anywhere in the car. the outside of the car bends up with very little force against it. My son just bought a 2016 sentra and i tried to talk him out of it, he has had it a week now and is finding same problems. I WON"T BUY another one. I would buy the Rouge however but the made the payments out of our reach and i think they just want to push the 15 sentra to get it out of their inventory.

First thing, If you want 0-60 times that will Impress your friends , look elsewhere. Power , is adequate , no more. I like the quietness of the interior , the quality of interior materials, and the car looks great. Had zero problems , no issues. I have not checked the mpg , and will not do so until I reach 12k miles. Same goes for final judgement on the 1.8L power plant. The CVT is not as weird as earlier versions I have driven. It does take some getting use to and this is my third CVT equipped Nissan, so it no longer seems that strange. My experience has shown that to really judge the performance and mpg on a car such as this , first you need to get them well broken in. As stated , this is my third Nissan , I keep going back because they have always been trouble free , tight and quiet. If I had a beef , it would have been the CVT, but I've experienced no trouble with any of the three Nissan CVT's I've owned. Not a race car , but a good looking, IMO , and trouble free vehicle that looks nice and ages well. Interior materials seem to hold up, and squeaks and rattles just don't seem to happen.

I was backing out of my driveway which is up on a little hill , As I almost got out to the street to go forward my car died, halfway in the driveway and halfway in the street. Its been in the shop for two days and not up and running yet. I am very disappointed with it. 10,000 miles and less than a year this happens. But better in my driveway than out on a interstate going to work and it dies in traffic. No more Nissans for me

I have read many other reviews from very satisfied customers to whining and moaning/groaning. Its a Nissan Sentra, not a Lexus. For the money it is a great car. I am returning a 2013 from lease and picking up a 2016. I have had 0 problems with my 2013. Gas mileage is fantastic. I drive a lot, mostly highway. Average mileage per tank was 375. Pretty good considering other cars. I occasionally hit 400+ miles per tank. It is comfortable to drive, has enough features for me. I am pretty simple. Good radio, Bluetooth for cell phone, convenience buttons on the wheel. Folding back seats make good added storage. It IS lackluster in acceleration but that is due to the CVT transmission and lack of horsepower - this engine and transmission are built for economy not speed. Again, its a Nissan Sentra, really the 2nd level sedan Nissan offers (just above the Versa). Great car for the money. Best gas mileage, like all cars it is at 55mph. Don't expect 40mpg on the highway if you routinely drive 70+. Looking forward to the 2016 with added standard options like back up camera and streaming music via Bluetooth.

My wife purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra SL in September of 2015. The gas mileage never did get to where the dealer reported the gas mileage would be. In March of 2016 at 7:30 AM in the morning a car ran a red light and tore the whole frontend off of the car. Some the damage was done on the left side of the car. Not one airbag went off during the accident. I decided to talk to the shop people at the dealership and they gave me a number to call at Nissan. I called and the guy gave me a 30 minute talk on why the airbags did not go off. They took my message and about a week later a guy called and gave me the same spill about a head on collision to make the air bags go off. Well what about the side airbags. My wife has whip lash and a sore head where she hit the door glass. I feel the car is not a safe vehicle. The frontend of the car was complete destroyed along with the left side of the vehicle. If you have to have a head on collision to make the airbags go off, then why put airbags in the side of the vehicle.

Having mostly driven six cylinder cars, a four cylinder like Sentra with a small engine feels sluggish at pickup, but well this car is for my college starting son, so perfect. Should also be good on fuel economy. Would have liked better if seats were power and the rear view mirror had auto-darkening feature. My car came with one set of ignition keys, so will need to get another made at a cost of up to $250/-. Like the USB, cell-phone connectivity, voice command, door push button entry, etc.

I bought this about 3 months ago, after having a Dodge Neon for 13 years, and I really like this car. I find that is rides very smooth and has a lot of room in the car. I also really enjoy the mpg's and the quiet ride on the interstate and it has plenty of 'get up and go' for me. I don't really need a lot of power but this car has plenty for me although if you are always driving in the mountains you may want to think about a car with a bit more horsepower. The trunk space is really quite large and can hole a lot. I am averaging 34-35 mpg in highway and city driving and I'm impressed with it. When on the interstate doing 65-70 mph I am getting around 38 mpg or so. I just find this a very comfortable car that is very smooth and quiet and am very happy with it. I only have about 3,000 miles on it as of yet so I can say anything about how reliable they are but I haven't read anything bad as of yet. I bought this because my wife bought a Nissan Rogue and we really like that car as well.

Pros: Decent ride, fair acceleration on highway, half way decent stereo (I mostly listen to talk radio). Cons: Paper thin exterior paint (hood is already chipping). Glove box is huge, but it's mostly door with very little interior shelf storage space. Car is drafty like an old house. Even with interior heat settings I feel the occasional cold breeze (not a/c). Average gas mileage is 28mpg (rated at 33/40). Telescoping steering wheel barely extends, I had to move seat forward to comfortably reach wheel. Visors are so tall (almost 10 inches) that you have to duck your head to move visor from windshield to side window. Not a very safe design. Also, they're not long enough side-side to block sun from top corner on windshield. Little back support in front seats. Cause you to slouch on drives lasting more than 15 minutes. Heat control is very poor. Car will not hold a steady temperature; uneven heat from vents. I am constantly tweaking the heat dial. Biggest con is that when I turn on the windshield defroster, the A/C comes on and you cannot turn it off! When you switch to defrost the A/C actually kicks in & the temperature drops 25 degrees. Literally! I complained to dealer and to Nissan and was told that this was normal and there was no fix. They said it was designed so the dry A/C air would defrost the windows faster. Who does that? Chicago in January & the last thing I need is the A/C running. (I bought the car in the warm weeks of October, who thinks to check the heater?) I can get around the lacking back support & short reaching steering wheel, but the poor mileage & the incredibly annoying HVAC controls/design make this the worst car I have ever owned. I bought my first car in 1970, so that's saying a lot. My first NEW car in 25 years, and I had to walk into a Nissan dealer. Never again.

I would recommend this car. I feel that it is a good car for the price. However, I would not recommend buying it from Wesley Chapel Nissan. Everyone there was very pleasant and all were accommodating while I was there. Since leaving the dealership, which was about one month ago, I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls or emails.

I love my car, but I have had a few issues. The first months I had it the left side of the steering wheel would not work. I couldnt change the radio station or make calls tried calling the dealership but unless they actually see it happening there is nothing wrong with the car, also the windshield wiper randomly flew off, also called the dealership but blamed it on taking it for a carwash, if that is true or not I would not know. But my biggest issue that I continue to have is the button on the key to open the trunk, that button is soooo sensitive. Anything will make it go off, I go into a store and on several occassions come back to an open trunk, when all I did was put the key in my bag. I have had valuable stuff in my car, its come to the point that if I wake up in the middle of the night I check up on my kid and on my car to make sure the trunk did not open. This has not happened just to myself it has happened to my sister so I know its not just me doing something wrong.

Pro: I put 6500 miles on my 2015 Sentra, I bought it new for $14K it has AC, AT, auto lock and auto window. Car runs good and (according to car computer at least) it does get good mileage (unless rigged to give favorable readings). it handles well with adequate power. One big con is the interior design: the center console between front seats serves no purpose, almost zero storage, no arm rest and very cheap cup holders; they did not spend a penny on this thing. The glove box is also useless without side walls every thing falls down when you open it. Almost no inside storage. Trunk is good and spacious, the inside (rear seats) seems to be better space than 2013 Corolla I had, if they had paid attention to interior design it would have been a better can than the Corolla. The car is worth 13 to Max $14K, it is not worth to spend more.

I can not speak to the long term aspects as have only owned my car for a month. When I bought it I could not find any reviews on gas mileage. I currently own a 2014 Camry SE. While not quite as comfortable and roomy as the Camry, it is fun to drive and in the in town mileage is 35.5 mpg. I like the cruise control location much better on the Sentra and it still is comfortable, quiet and the trunk is roomy for its side. At 50, it will get will get 50 miles per gallon. For an inexpensive car, there is no equal. I shopped Corolla, Civic, and Focus.
