Honda warranty is only for 36K miles or 3 years whichever comes first. Verify the dealership has all the accessories (e.g. 2 sets of keys and proper spare tire in the trunk). Also ensure that no scratches are hiding behind the dirt on the car body.

The car is ok. It doesn't look good, but it doesn't look bad. Fantastic MPG (I regularly get around 42-43 on the highway), but you can't travel for more than an hour at a time because it kills your back and especially buttocks. It's snappy for a 4-cyl and the CVT works fine. It's quiet in the city and loud enough on the highway that you can't always hear the people in the car with you. The trunk is reasonably spacious but the rear seat back comes down in one piece (no 60/40 split) and the opening between the trunk and the passenger compartment is narrower than both the trunk and the seat that limits the cargo space more than you can imagine. It also has some hooks/hinges than come down and won't let the trunk close if it's completely full to the top. I would not recommend it, for the first time in my life as a car owner I'm looking for replacements less than 2 years into owning a brand new vehicle.

What supposed to be great purchase turned into nightmare.Great engine and great acceleration.Terrible ride comfort.After week of riding I started having headaches and my back starting to hurt.While driving you feel all the bumps on the road and driver seat is very uncomfortable.I will never buy Honda again.

Do not like the headlights on low beam that sharply cutoff the top of light beam and reduce visibility, this is especially bad when going downhill and then the road rises quickly. You cannot see the roadway ahead. My 1998 Honda Accord had a much better ride. The 2015 Accord ride is jarring, stiff and transmits every small bump to the passengers. I have had small sport cars that have had a more pleasant ride. Lumber wagon is the best way to describe the ride. The heater controls and radio controls are needlessly complicated. Where one knob could control the heater, there are three! On/Off, Speed Up, Speed Down. Each is distracting, you have to take your eyes off the road to use/find them. It is a safety hazard just as bad as someone texting while driving. Knobs are easy to use, and do not require that you take your eyes off the road to use them. The radio also, has too many buttons, where one multi-function knob would do. My 1998 Accord had a multi-level center console, which made holding small items convenient, and a soft-touch cover over the cup holders, which made for a more tidy appearance. Also, the courtesy/safety lights on all the four doors that were on the 1998 Accord, were not on this higher priced version, even though there are cutouts on the doors where they were intended to be placed. Road noise is still a problem for Honda to solve. I once owned a 1986 Toyota Cambry, and it was way more quiet than this 2015, or even the 1998. Also,one last item: Honda has to do something about the car colors they offer! Boring is and understatement. Look at the Ford red, and then at the pathetic, washed out red?? offered by Honda. Limited interior color choices and the sad attempt to suggest woodgrain accents on the dash, with only dull black plastic, dose not carry the image of even pretend luxury, for cars that can cost up $38,000+. Doubt if I would buy another Accord.

Shop around and get one with good mileage and well taken care of. It definitely pays off in the long run especially if you plan to keep it more than 4 or 5 years. Makes for a good trade-in on a NEW one!!

Overall I like the car. The inside is roomy and comfortable, I have plenty of leg room and even with a car seat placed in the middle back seat, we can still seat 2 adults behind. The ride is smooth but you can definitely hear the road on the highway. What I would say is that I am not impressed by the acceleration. That is something I will definitely consider next time I shop for a car.

I bought my Honda in April 2015 so I have driven it for a year now. Overall I love the car. I drive a 100 miles per day for work so I spend a lot of time in the drivers seat. The seat is room and comfortable, I have plenty of leg room (I'm 5'9"). The head room is ok I would prefer a little more. The controls and displays are in good areas that I can easily reach them or see them. The gas mileage is excellent, I average 27-28 with SoCal freeway/surface street driving. The leather of the seats shows little to no wear tear after a year. I often have issues with the Bluetooth especially when using Pandora. The ride is mostly smooth and quiet but if the road is rough at all you will feel it and hear it. When I step on the gas the car picks up and goes really well, I have the V6. What I don't care for is the trunk feels cheap, like there is no substance to it. The reverse camera has already had to be replaced because the clip was somehow broken when the car was washed and the camera was "hit". My picky self does not like the fact that I cannot lock the doors if I have the drivers door open, I cannot lock the doors if I have the key fob in my hand and leave the car on or running. I do not like that ALL of the doors unlock when the drivers door is opened. These things are a safety issue in my mind. One thing I was very surprised by and I am definitely not pleased with; the brakes are ceramic from what I was told and I had to replace them all after only 6 months and 15,000 miles which costs $300 or so at the dealer. I will be doing some research on this because spending $300 or so for brakes every 6 months is not going to be good. Bottom line; the good outweighs the bad ...... at the moment.

Primary issues (really works my nerves): *Paint - chips, chips, and more chips... I cant be taking on this much gravel. I live in town! It cant stand up to bug guts on the hood. So, I have to wash frequently. I have had unexpected chips all around the car. Some near the size of an eraser. Its black paint and it is chipping to the grey primer! I called into Honda about this. It wouldn't be the first paint issue they have had... There was an extended warranty issued on Civics with bad paint about 5 years ago. *Road noise (sounds like wind rushing in door). the dealer said they had a fix for that. The dealer gave me a free paint pen. The first is free they said... How many will I be buying???? *Memory seating panel – loses memory or won’t respond sometimes. The dealer said they cant fix it unless they see it happening. I have it on video acting up though. That's not seeing it? * Quick and Easy wearing of the driver side mat. It’s in shreds already. Im a simple 9-to-5er. What could I have done this mat?! My mats in my 9 year old Toyota are still in one piece at 180,000 miles. * Poor seal at doors: rain water gets into the middle spots where the door & trunk closes and causes excessive spotting and moisture. Water gets in with heavy rain, or basic wash, and dust gets in consistently. Constant wiping. Rust waiting to happen... On top of the paint chips. Features I LOOOOVE!!!: Heated seats! Right turn Side view camera!!! (Awesome) Lane departure signal warning Rear crash warning Gas mileage! Smooth ride Nice acceleration Oil changes are not frequent! Good handling on tires (even better than my Toyota Camry’s) Moon roof Passenger power seats Pandora radio connection Bluetooth! Memory seats (when they work, lol) My own adds: tint & lip spoiler = a nice touch! Ivory seats – when they are clean (: [not denim friendly] Secondary issues: *Digital screen is complicated to move around in. Could be a little more user friendly *Music system has only average sound (may be better with less road noise) I think my system would be the B level out of A-C. I have more than the base “C” system but not a deluxe “A” system I don’t think they offer a choice for BOSE-level sound though. *Radio – Bluetooth has taken a long time to connect sometimes, I have to go through a lot if the blue tooth wont connect to Pandora...I have to do all sorts of TLC and re-connecting. radio volume won’t respond sometimes, wheel buttons wont work sometimes Radio issues are infrequent and tend to resolve themselves. With radio it will re-set once the car has been re-started but if Im on a long drive, it can be frustrating. *Not enough storage compartments (no coin drawer, door pockets small). *Had a problem with driver window going dead. They fixed it ASAP. *Complicated screen system not user friendly interface. That improved with 2016s (my friend has one) but Im stuck. I purchased my 2015 Accord Sport 6 speed MT April of 2015. After one year of ownership and over 16k miles, this Accord is hands down, one of the best cars under $25k. I looked at almost every car in this segment and was impressed with the Accord's overall value. I was really adamant about opting for the manual transmission. I drove a Sport model with the CVT, and boy, the CVT is not for me. Yes, I get its efficient design and concept of having a "constant" power ratio to achieve best mpg possible. I feel though you sacrifice SO much driving experience for 1 to 2 mpg. In my opinion, the manual transmission really brought this car to life; definitely more fun to drive. I stand 6'5 at 230 lbs. I was very impressed with head room and adequate leg room from not only a driver standpoint, but also as a rear passenger. The telescoping steering column telescopes more than enough for my desired comfort. Driver seat is OK, I find myself adjusting it on road trips of more than three hours - but that is almost standard in any car I've had with my abnormal size. Visibility is excellent; the pillars are smaller than most new cars. Safety is another reason I purchased - in 2013 the Accord was one of the only cars to receive a "Good" rating for the new "small overlap" crash test by the IIHS. In mixed driving conditions I consistently get 28-30 mpg. If I'm driving all highway I can easily get 35-37 mpg. To find a car that I can easily fit in, comes very well equipped, gets up to 35 mpg, has somewhat of a fun-to-drive factor, a low cost of ownership, a great resale value, and is a safety "top pick" by the IIHS, what else do you really need? It's worth the road noise and cheap feeling power window switches. (You're buying a Honda not an Acura).

This is my third Accord. I can't say enough good about my 1997 and my 2007. I like my 2015 well enough, but I feel like some quality was sacrificed, maybe in exchange for the upgraded technology. Most notably, there is a design flaw in the doors. Whether I run my car thru the car wash, or use the do-it-yourself spray wand, soap and water collects under the bottom seal. After every wash, I have to open all the doors and wipe residual soap and water from the door jams and seals. It's like Honda wants the car to rust. My prior Accords' paint held up really well. My new car's finish is already looking cloudy on the doors and fenders.

I purchased this car 7 months ago in the summer. When I first purchased it I thought it would be a dream to drive. I did not even test drive it because I had gotten a loaner car from the service center some months ago and found it to be a great car. Here are the things I did not notice. First off, the CVT. On paper, its great (fuel economy and good performance). I have grown used to it and I barely notice it anymore. However, if the temperature is below 40 degrees (which it frequently is in CT during the winter) you will notice immediately that it sounds as if you are driving a lawn mower. To get any reasonable amount of movement the transmission and the engine work together to make it almost impossible to get to thirty mph in a reasonable amount of time. You will find yourself going to 4000 rpm just to move from a stop. Luckily for me that stops after the engine warms up a bit. And another thing about the transmission. If you need power fast, for whatever emergency purpose the engine gets confused. When you floor it, you will feel acceleration and hear the engine, but about 4 second later the transmission changes its mind about something and you feel a powerful jolt of power. The interior is nicely made and pleasant. The bluetooth audio feature and pandora feature are amazing. I have an iPhone 5s and the car can't seem to use the text message feature with my phone for whatever reason. The FM/AM radio sucks. You could be in the center of NYC and be getting a static signal. The speakers and sound system overall is good when you use bluetooth audio or AUX. You can tell that it struggles when you raise the volume however. Road noise. Goodness, sometimes I check my mirrors to see if a freight train is coming around the corner because of the obnoxious noises I can hear from the inside of the car on the highway. One good thing I will acknowledge is highway control. In windy conditions or rainy whatever it may be, you will never get blown around. The car will stay planted. Fuel mileage. I was originally amazing at the MPG I got when I first got the car, 40MPG on the highway back from the dealer. Then I got home. I live in the winding, hilly dangerous roads of southwestern CT. When this car sees a hill, you can kiss your MPG away. I average 22 Mpg around my town. I am not a particularly fast driver either. The car will get you up that hill (and with speed if you'd like) but I've seen an MPG rating of 33 on the highway flip to 13 as I come into my town. Use this car on a flat surface. Snow driving. I will admit, I like to have fun in the snow with my cars but this car doesn't. A rear wheel drive car will eat up corners in the snow but this car just says no and stays planted. No matter how hard you throw it into the corner at any speed (within reason) with any amount of snow on the ground, the tires keep pulling you to safety. Heartbreaking, but I suppose necessary. Today I was forced to drive home from work in a blizzard with four inches of snow on untreated roads. At first I panicked, but the car got me home safely. I even stopped for milk. Speaking of traction, there are some circumstances where I will be surprised the car can't seem to get traction. From a stop making a sharp left turn in the rain, I can find sometimes that a wheel will spin and traction control will engage. Speaking of traction control, the car makes a noise when you start to drive. So imagine, you start the car and drive away and then when you reach 10 mph you hear a "DUNGGGG" under the car. No idea what it is, no lose in power. No error lights...nothing. Then winter came and I was trying to spin the car out in a parking lot and I noticed that when the traction control comes on it makes that same noise continuously till the traction control is no longer needed. A continuous "DUNNGGGGGGGGGG". The last problem I've found is in the headlights. They are pretty bright for a Honda, gotta be honest. A sister's 2009 CR-V had the worst headlights ever and I was worried I would be cursed with blindness while driving at night like her. I was idling in a parking lot waiting for my friend in the grocery store one summer night and I noticed every time the compressor for the air conditioning came on the lights would dim slightly and then get brighter. At first I figured, "well that couldn't be an actual problem, a compressor uses a lot of energy probably". Then in the winter when the compressor wasn't coming on and it kept happening I started to get angry. I looked at the brake lights as it idled and even those dim with the headlights at random intervals. I don't know if this was designed this way by Honda or if the headlights are just simply using so much power that it taxes the alternator too much. I'm not sure what it is but it is infuriating. I'm looking into getting the touring LED headlights installed simply because of how much it irritates me. Uncomfortable seats, cant get comfortable. I can't see half the speedometer most of the time.

I test drove this car thinking I might like to upgrade from my current Civic EX Sedan. I liked most everything about the car. The seats were comfortable, the cabin is open and spacious and the interior seems to be high quality. The ride and handling were excellent as usual with a Honda. The only two drawbacks where the behavior of the transmission/6 cylinder engine with the "active cylinder management" system and the controls for climate and entertainment. The transmission/engine behavior is VERY noticeable each time the computer switches between less cylinders and all cylinders in the V6 engine. It is particularly pronounced in around town, stop and go type driving. There is a constant hesitancy when you push the gas pedal and you feel the transition from 3 cylinders to 6 every time. I imagine someone who was taking this car out on the freeway a lot for cruising type driving would be happy but if you drive a lot around town, you may be annoyed like I was with the behavior of the engine/transmission. Once it "makes up its mind" how many cylinders, it GOES with gusto and is extremely smooth and quiet. The other thing I found annoying was the entertainment and climate controls - talk about confusing! I could not figure out how to get just a simple FM radio station to play with all the press and toggle actions necessary and TWO screens to look at. Honda desperately needs to simplify this system! I could not imagine trying to manage this while driving - disaster! Other than the two issues I mentioned, this was an impressive automobile - maybe as they continue to refine this car, they will work out the cylinder management system issues and the logic of the controls!

Don't expect any bells or whistles without leather

We bought the EX, one step up from the LX. We did not want leather seats. Unfortunately, without leather, the cars does not have the niceties which are standard on seemingly every other car on the market: XM radio; homelink garage opener; several USB ports; several cupholders; automatic day/night rearview mirror (a $300+ option). While the comfort and build quality far exceeds that of our 2012 Altima (which is loaded with options), I really miss the bells and whistles. (added commentary) We went on a trip last month, covering about 4500 miles, including the Pacific Coast along Hwy 1. The ride was mostly comfortable and the gas mileage was pretty good. On one section, covering just 200 miles, I actually got 41 mpg. One complaint is the "light" steering: At times, I find myself drifting out of my lane. The sound system is cheap; the "Pandora compatibility" is a joke; and the power-adjustable driver's seat does not adjust the base's front/rear individually.

The road noise is very bad. On the drivers side window there was a solid air leak. Mind you this is a brand new car. After numerous complaints the dealership (Fremont Honda, CA) said that it is on par with the 2015 cars. Apparently there was a recall for 2013 cars / recommended repairs by Honda but *None* for 2015. When I insisted and asked them to measure they put a EPT sealer. The situation has improved but there is an annoying hissing noise in the driver side front window. You cannot take any phone calls in the car due to that.

I would say that the vehicle itself is probably one of the finest vehicles ever built in the US. Having purchased the exceedingly rare V6/manual combination, I was fortunate enough to find a car that met every criteria I was looking for. The vehicle itself is amply powered, well laid out, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Build quality overall is good with only a few very minor fit/finish issues. On the road, the vehicle is rather fun to drive on the aggressive side due to the copious power and torque available throughout the operating range. Passing and highway merges are effortless...in fact the most difficult part of driving the car is maintaining legal speeds! Speaking to the manual transmission variant specifically, the vehicle has a satisfying shift action, but the clutch is very light and far less forgiving than other vehicles I've driven. Sloppy technique is not tolerated by this drivetrain especially with its highly sensitive throttle response. A few months with this car will hone your manual driving skills with certainty. Ride is fairly firm but not jarring and handling is great with good stability in cornering and maneuvering. Steering feel is lacking as with most cars in this day and age. All in all, if you're looking for a V6 and manual transmission at a reasonable price, this vehicle is probably the best option available at this time. My only complaint lies with the sales process itself. Honda dealers are from my experience terrible. Never before have I had to endure as ultra high pressure and scummy a sales process as I went through for this vehicle. It seems to be that the only goal in the process is to inviscerate every buyer with aggressive and ridiculously over priced up sells to maximize profit. I had to literally walk out twice to get them to drop the sales pitch and execute the sale as I wanted. Service is also an issue...Honda dealers seem to have a system of harshly punishing those who do not use the original dealer's service dept for service. In my case, I had to purchase the vehicle 2 hrs from my home due to a lack of inventory in my area in the configuration I wanted. Despite having no other place to buy the vehicle, I am subject to being gouged by my local dealer for routine maintenance/inspections since I didn't buy it from them. Overall, I'd recommend this vehicle so long as you can avoid the sales process as much as possible. Use an Internet based car buying service and outright refuse to speak with any "finance manager" character in the midst of the process...find your own financing before you walk in. If the sales rep or Internet sales desk can't handle the sale themselves, terminate the process and find another dealer. Do not purchase any upsells as you can get everything they offer for 1/4 of the price from 3Rd parties. Any claims they make to the contrary are lies. Also, using a local dealer you intend to use for service will help improve your service experience.

I replaced my 1997 Accord LX with a 2015 Accord LX, so it was a pretty big leap in terms of technology and safety features. The new car has not disappointed so far. I am a pretty basic car person with a short commute to work, so I didn't need all of the options on the higher priced models. The option list was just about right on target for my needs. The only thing I probably would have liked to add as an option would be the fog lights to improve visibility. I actually like the smoothness of the CVT and am averaging about 31-32 mpg in mostly around town driving. The ride is smoother and more compliant than my old model - the steering has a much better feel, as do the brakes. The cabin is spacious and, while not silent, is reasonably quiet. I would prefer less road noise, but also realize I didn't pay for a Lexus. If the engine is anywhere near as reliable as my old Accord, I look forward to driving this car for many years to come. I bought the car in August using the Edmunds coupon and Honda down payment assistance incentive, so with that and dealer discounts I felt like I got a nice deal in the end. Keep in mind, my 5-star rating gives consideration to the value for the price paid. I'm not comparing the comfort, features, handling, etc. to a luxury sports sedan. Update: almost a year now and not a single problem so far. Some idiosyncrasies with phone/audio interface, but could easily be user error.

I've owned 2011 Accord & due to an accident, she was totaled. I went right back to my local dealership [which is a great dealership by the way] and purchased a BRAND NEW 2015. I feel it was an error. This car seems cheaply manufactured as far as the engine goes. It makes noise like a cheap off brand vehicle and not quiet like my previous honda. It is also noisy on the highway-you can hear EVERYTHING!!! I will be trading it soon for maybe a toyota or nissan. I am disappointed with Honda this time around. Many of my family members own hondas too and their cars are older and quieter like my previous one. I am so annoyed!!!

Replaced my 2005 EX-L with the 2015. Had zero problems with the '05, but time for something new. This new Accord is much more refined that the '05. Wayyy less interior noise, smoother ride, nicer interior. The CVT is smooth. It takes a while to get used to, but after a few weeks you figure out how much pressure you need on the accelerator to get the CVT to shift points. Love the side view camera. I use it all the time. I do not find the seats uncomfortable at all, but it did require some tweaking to get the adjustments right. The sound system also requires a bit of tweaking to improve the sound. Go to Youtube and there is a video where the tweak are explained. Gas mileage is great and matches the published mileage. I was seriously looking at the Mazda 6, but in my opinion the Accord is a more refined vehicle with much less interior noise and similar acceleration + gas mileage.

While I've been an Accord fan for almost 40 years, the various models had varying appeal based on the styling and ride of that generation. The 2012 redesign, and the recent 2016 refresh, are the most appealing versions of the Accord since the sleek 1988 generation. I have a 2015 Accord that I've driven 21000 in one year. I love looking at the car, and I love driving it. It's responsive 4-cylinder engine is amazingly powerful, and the CVT transmission helps this car get 37 mpg on the highway. I can get over 500 miles per tank when I mostly drive on the highway. The steering, corner handling, braking, and road feel are as good as an Accord I've ever driven. It's comfortable and dependable for short or long drives. The seats start to get uncomfortable after about 4 hours of driving, but are far superior to the seats of the 2010 model I used to drive. I got a great value on this car, too. It was basically at dealer invoice price. The Accords don't demand MSRP and above like they once did, so you can probably make a great deal on one. I hope to continue driving this car for many more years.

So I bought this accord sport 2015 new from the dealer. Car is good, mpg isn't exactly what they say as I tested it on low rpms with fuel economy on. It gave me an average of 33mpg. Biggest issue: when driving the car at high speed, 80mph, I noticed that the car baked noise. I believe it's coming from the bearing of the tires. I noticed this issue on my old car but now seeing the same problem here makes me not want to keep the car anymore. I would prefer a German vehicle with better quality than Honda. I have put on it 15k in 6 months. Yes I do drive my car. Other than that it's a smooth car. Payed 23k with taxes

OK, I really really really wanted a Nissan 370z. Its been my dream car for such a long time. But I realized that I just needed more room on rare occasions. I also needed to buy an automatic this time because my wife cant drive a manual. Driving the Z automatic was a bitter disappointment, that cvt on the z was just terrible. I also didn't like the idea of premium fuel again. Enter the Honda Accord Coupe. That amazing Honda reliability, a very peppy V6 that doesn't need premium fuel but still gets nearly 300 hp, and a bit of a sporty look. I bought the White Accord and the 2 tone leather seats are just beautiful. Most of my commute is on the highway and I regularly get between 31 to 37 mpg. You read that right, on occasions ive reached 37 mpg. Add to that a nice quiet, comfortable ride and its all pretty much perfect for me. I was a bit disappointed with Honda's top of the line stereo in the EXL, but after tuning in the frequency controls a bit, I am much happier. And I am pretty sure that CD's sound much better through the stereo than using Bluetooth or USB. Was also disappointed to learn that Honda is still using a timing belt for the V6, but that huge bill wont be for many years. Now for the 6 month 6000 mile update. I had to take in due to some backfiring during start up. They couldn't duplicate the problem but the problem did go away except for on more time in March. One day I opened the door and the trim fell off? Not sure why but getting it fixed this week. The other day the backup camera stayed on during normal driving and I couldn't get to turn off, was blinding me at night when other cars would get behind me. Turning the car off and back on seemed to fix that and it never happened again.

I'm a 27 year old man with a large upper body (a little over weight) and I drove an 09 4 door civic till this year when I decided it was time for an upgrade, or so I thought. Like most civic owners, buying an accord v6 feels like your entering the big leagues of Honda, and I was so happy when I got a slammin deal for my 2015 V6 accord. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I notice I'm starting to get back aches in my lower back. At first I ignored it and blocked out any idea that it was the car, but I came to the realization it is my new car. The leather seats have 0 give. They're way to firm, and it feels like your sitting on hard wood. No matter what adjustments you make to the seat, including the so called lumbar support which honestly feels like someone is pushing you forward, roughly, and not supportive like, your back will be telling you it hurts eventually. I have read many reviews about the accord seats after I started getting back pains and I'm not the only one with this issue. On top of the horrible back support and lumbar support, the seat feels like it was designed for primarily "small" people. My upper back has no support since the "bucket" style seats have side cushions that feel like they're pushing my arms and sides forward, not allowing me to actually relax my back whilst diving. The entire car outside the drivers seat is beyond my expectations, considering Honda is not a luxury brand, but how can I enjoy my fabulous monster of a car when I can't sit in it comfortably? I'll be switching to Acura when my lease is up.

Bought my EX-L v6 with navi in July. I just did a 3000 to Houston and back. The vehicle's performance was great . I was shocked getting 35+ mpg doing 75+ mph on the trip. The v6 is great to have and made acceleration effortless. My only regret was not getting the v6 sport to have a better performing tight suspension.

After my Nissan Sentra flooded this summer, I had to buy something new. After reading reviews and test driving a few cars, we settled on the 2015 Accord EXL. I was a little apprehensive because of all the bells and whistles (did I really need them all?) but after having had it for 5 or 6 months, I'm very happy for the splurge. It rides well, it's comfortable, the back up and side cameras are very nice additions. The moon roof is nice as well, although living in Houston, it hasn't been cool enough to really open it up yet. The infotainment system is nice and I like that it's not a touch screen. Since the screen sits further back, I never have a problem with glare. The wheel-mounted controls are nice as well. The only complaint I have about this detail is that sometimes the Pandora won't connect, and my text messages don't come through the infotainment system like they're supposed to. The trunk is big, but I do wish the rear seats had a 60/40 split. The only other thing that I've noticed is that it tends to vibrate a little when it is idling. The Honda service technician said this is because of the air compressor and that it's nothing to be concerned about. I do wish the car had more features like tire pressure psi, digital speedometer, etc. A lot of other reviews have mentioned a bumpy ride, but this has not been my experience. We've taken her on a couple of shorter (5-6 hours) road trips, and they've both been smooth and comfortable. Overall, I bought Honda for its reputation and reliability. So far, so good.

I can't wait the end of this lease to get rid of this 2015 Accord. I replaced my comfortable 2011 Accord with this new cheap design. You can feel all bumps and cracks on the road. It drives like a donkey. In long trips, you shake all the way and arrive very tired and annoyed. Don't buy unless you like bumpy rides.

Intermittent thumps and metallic noises in car that dealer says are normal. Nav, phone, entertainment system and interface are horrible. The Accord requires premium price/model to get a poor at best system. No HD radio. Navigation simply is not useable in most cases - Almost worthless! Anything using voice usual does not work the first time. Limited Nav features, for example it does not show speed limit or have traffic alerts and alternate routes. No way to upgrade or enhance. Slow to work. Complicated user interface with many steps. Nav directions interfere with phone calls with voice over. No touch screen except for radio, which is not intuitive. Often gives totally wrong directions. Or you can't input the address or gives choices not even close. Worst such system I've ever encountered. Technology not on par with Ford or many others. Dealer even stated system is weak but the 2016 is better, the upgrade is to get a 2016 model. No recalls or upgrades to make it work are available. Wasted money buying something that does not work. Rest of car is mostly fine with only minor design issues - like cant open trunk with engine running. Miss having a manual mode on auto, was told the trans Sport mode allowed for control of shifting - but actually does not. Got V6 because I don't like how CVT transmissions work. High point is comfort and good V6 mileage, getting over sticker mpg most of the time and easy for a senior to get in and out of.

I bought the Sport after test driving an LX. I found the seats on the LX unacceptable. Also, I thought the gas pedal on the LX was a bit too eager. The salesman suggest I try the Sport model, and it is a vast improvement. The driver's seat is adjustable every which way and comfortable. The CVT shifts smooth and the acceleration is great. I am very satisfied with this car. Although, I would advise anyone thinking of buying an Accord to move up from the LX model. The difference between the LX and Sport is huge.

Bought my 2015 Sport a few months back, was kind of iffy about getting a car with a CVT, but have had no problems with it! I owned a 2012 LX and this car is much nicer and you get an assortment of standard features that still don't come on most cars. Love having Bluetooth and a backup-camera! Also love how the sport looks compared to all of the other models that the Accord comes in, love the dual exhaust!

Just to give you an idea about the Honda Accord: our first car was a Mitsubishi, and it was spilling oil in the parking lot at 85K miles. The second car was a Saturn, and the engine started making horrible noises at 100K. Then I got the car that I read about: the Honda Accord. I drove that car for 235K miles with minimal maintenance and it just kept going, until the manual clutch went. It had the original shocks and muffler after 11 years. So in 2013 we got a new Honda Accord, and within a year someone skidded into the Honda on an icy road at 60 MPH, and ripped the drivers side apart, the door held fine, the airbags went off and we were fine inside the car. Just last month I got a Honda Accord for my wife, because being safe and having a roomy, comfortable, fun and very safe car to drive is what we want. To recap: that Accord is an excellent choice for budget minded people who want the best.

I purchased my 2015 Accord Sport in late April. I have owned several previous generation accords, 1990, 2002, 2012, and this is by far, the best one. It looks great and is very sporty. It is a classy looking car, with a sporty flair. The sport package had everything I was looking for. The comfort of the drivers seat is better than any car I have ever owned. I have seen the 2016 refresh and I can honestly say I am very glad I bought the 2015. The 2016's front end refresh is gaudy, with this huge piece of thick chrome on the grill. Also, all of the shiny surfaces in the 2016 interior are over done, and make it look a bit tacky inside. The 2015's interior is classy and sporty. The best looking dash of any car I have owned. And the alloy wheels on the 2015 are much better looking than any of the 2016 wheels. This will be a car I would consider keeping for the long term. I have also found that I can get just as good on gas mileage without the ECO button on, as I can when it is on. I just watch how I drive. But with the ECO button off, I have the power I need, when it is needed. I have gotten up to 525 miles on one tank of gas, and can always get at least 450, with about 65-85 miles left to empty. I am averaging about 30-31 MPG, per tank. On some trips, or short distances, I have gotten up to 38 MPG. This is a great car that has exceeded my expectations.

Very good acceleration for 4 cylinder. Not happy that navigation is only available in the EX-L. Lane assist camera is only good during the daytime. Camera has very poor resolution at night and in rain. Shouldn't just be for right lane changes. Also should be available when moving into the left lane as well. Blind spots are on both the driver's and passenger's sides.

It's not perfect. I had a 1996 Civic DX Coupe with a manual transmission, and got 273,000 miles before trading it on a 2004 Chevy Impala. Did all scheduled maintenance. It was burning a little oil at the end, and clutch would chatter on a cold, damp day, going up hill until warmed up. Had to put premium gas in, or check engine light would come on, but gas was $.99 per gallon back then, and fuel tank was small, so, no big deal. And, got 36 mpg overall. Hit 44 once on highway. This is ok. Like telemetrics. Listen to recordings I make of classes I take, so usb is great. Once you learn how to use system, very useful, and intuitive. The big screen isn't as gorpy as it first appears. I've grown to like it. Has cubby above open area ahead of shifter that has tunnel in door for wires, so, cell phone plugs in below, wires follow it into storage compartment with door closed. Similarly, mp3 player, with wire out to dash plug in. Gas milage disappointing with manual transmission. Don't like cvt, so manual allowed me to buy car. Had to get used to. Sometimes in wrong gear, but sifts smooth. Got 30 with Passat 1.8l with auto, and Mazda Six with manual. This averaging 28 with, or without eco mode. Still likable, though. Gets the job done, and Honda-ish. Like the manual. Better on straight roads than back roads. Gets the job done. Good windshield wipers, back up camera, and outward visibility. Traded 2016 Mazda6 with manual transmission, because couldn't see what I was driving over, and it was long, required way swing out driving around corners. Was more fun to drive, but wasted too much time seeing where that road goes. Back road lover, and highways.

The HFP kit was an expensive option but well worth it. The suspension upgrade increases handling tremendously, the wheel/tire upgrade is a no brainier. The aero kits give an already aggressive stance a boost. Honestly, I'm amazed by how many people are taking pictures or asking about the car in parking lots. The 6spd manual transmission is as smooth as silk shifting and the clutch wont wear you out in rush hour traffic on freeways. A lot of people complain about the interior in lower trim levels but the EX-L trim level has a very nice interior. Power from the V6 is really good and the car seems faster than a lot of vehicles with comparable power to weight ratios. I also installed the Borla axle back exhaust which gives the car a very pleasing note and even some burbling when letting off the power. Well worth the $700 extra cost.

This is an addition to an earlier review. Bought this 2015 LX in August. I had a 1994,1998 and a 2003 LX and they all rode better then the 2015. You feel every bump in the rode and you feel like a cork bobbing in the ocean. I later found out that Honda replaced their famous wishbone suspension with McPherson Struts(Cheaper) which maybe contributed to the very firm and rough ride. Also the front driver and passenger seats are very uncomfortable, we are using seat pads to give us some comfort but seat backs are hard ( will have to find something to put there to help my back) Rode or tire noise excessive(Thought windows were opened) overall very disappointed in this car, Loved my 94' 98 and 03 and based my purchase on the 2015 on those 3 cars. I have no idea how Consumer reports rates this car so high. I will be looking at a Ford Fusion or Toyota Camry soon. Oh by the way mileage is good.
