Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Toyota Prius V vehicles manufactured November 7, 2013, to January 7, 2015. The occupant classification system (OCS) that activates or deactivates the passenger seat air bag system may be improperly calibrated. As a result, the passenger air bag may not deploy in a vehicle crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Service department Lost my keys
Customer Service: 1.0 Overall Experience: 1.0
Dropped my car off for service Friday. long and short of it. They lost our keys. Told us it happens frequently. Service manager Dan assured me they'd keep looking then he left for vacation. Do not give them your full key ring or you will be sorry. Tony Harrison is a jerk. He never actually came out and told us they were lost. We had to ask what was taking so long. I videod their process. The car washer boys just walk through and toss the keys on a desk. Beware.....this is a poorly run operation if this happens frequently I think there's an issue. They just wait to see if the keys show up!
