I always use to buy new vehicles, and still may under certain circumstances; however, I have purchased 13 pre-owned vehicles over the last 20 years at Quail Auto Sales and have learned the "depreciation lesson" the money you actually save by getting a pre-owned vehicle instead of a new vehicle is substantial savings because it has already depreciated. In addition, when comparing Quail Auto Sales prices with other dealers I've always found them to be lower, apparently because of their low overhead and location, but make no mistake the customer is number one, and they really want you to be completely satisfied.

I owned a 2004 expedition (Eddie Bauer). I started having engine problems so very reluctantly I traded it in on a 2014 expedition. Now I wished I could've kept it. The materials used in the seats, the trim and the carpet is soooo cheap. My seats already have a worn pattern. The trim around 3 doors is coming off and my rear heat doesn't work. I am very disappointed. I absolutely loved my truck before and loved the way it drove. The 2014 drives well but as I said, "material matters".
