Customer Service: 4.0

I didn't buy the vehicle from Wyoming Trucks (although I still might) but did have a very pleasant conversation with "Bones" the salesman I spoke with. He seemed like a nice guy, and they look to be a good outfit (I checked out their web page).

Dealers won't fix paint on bumper that pealed off in the first car wash and has continued to peal! ! Not pleased at all with this. No problem with anything else and it has a lot of bells and whistles. Comfortable and has power in the mountains.

Before you purchase this vehicle research the CVT .This vehicle is very dangerous to own . The CVT transmission has problems. When pulling out into a busy intersection the car may or may not respond to acceleration demands .The transmission ,2 wheel bearing 3 safety upgrades for airbag sensors looks like a forth and transmission again after replacing once .All under 52000 miles with the vehicle being serviced by the dealer every 3000 miles . This vehicle should be recalled under the lemon law and the owners made whole . Tried to trade in the vehicle with the dealer offered 2500 less than I owe on the vehicle .Do not purchase this vehicle.

Bought this car to accommodate children, and have regretted it for the past 3 years. The gas mileage is 25% lower than advertised, the doors slam on my legs constantly (as a result, I never let my kid climb in or out without me holding the door open). The third row seat is useless if you need to have even a load of groceries at the time - no legroom, hard to get back there to put carseats if you want to give teens/adults the 2nd row. The technology/entertainment was outdated in 2013 and even more noticeably so now. And constant repairs, including the most recent left hand door handle but in the past it's been the lift gate, airbag sensors, just issue after issue. Poor value, I would associate this poor level of quality with a much less costly vehicle.

Do Not Purchase this SUV!

Owned this vehicle for two months having the transmission replaced for the second time. The vehicle will randomly lose power under acceleration. Pull off the road put the vehicle in park and hope it starts working and your not hit in the mean time. This is issue appears to be extremely prevalent in the vehicle. Nissan and the dealerships have done an excellent job keeping this information out of the review and ratings for this vehicle. I relied on Edmunds review of the vehicle in error as they do not mention this pervasive, expensive and dangerous condition in one of the vehicles major systems the transmission. After the vehicles warranty runs out at 60k you can expect a $4900.00 bill for repair. They keep the transmission in stock and are happy to see you for this expensive repair. Nissan offers no explanation or repair for this issue so your new transmission will be the same unreliable design. Do not believe anything the dealer says out this issue as Nissan has not been able to correct this issue but continues to sell the vehicle. Even if your under warranty the fact this lose of power may happen to you in a critical driving situation should dissuade you from a purchase, not to mention the lose of use during repair. Steer clear of this vehicle. I hope this review helps others avoid my mistake.

Rather fun to drive. HOWEVER-- I just learned today that the roof rack is not adjustable, which should be sort of a no-brainer for any suv. This is because the rails are not parallel, unlike my GMC Yukon which has an easily-adjustable roof rack. In addition, the vehicle has quite a bit of road noise including the "whistling windshield" which had to be replaced soon after purchase. Gas mileage is not impressive, and the CVT is a distraction. Our biggest concern has been the defective passenger-side airbag which has been recalled. When we asked the dealer last year (before recall) why it remained off when the seat is occupied the technician said that my wife "might not be sitting on it properly". Would not recommend.

In the short time I have owned this vehicle , I have had to bring it in twice for a faulty passenger seat airbag. Once for the CVT computer . I have had to replace the rear liftgate shocks, a motor mount, and now two visors restricting visibility . Not to mention when the vehicle reaches speeds of approx. 70 mph the hood shakes and the latest driverside airbag recall. I am not impressed by the overall workmanship and Quality of the 2013 pathfinder .

Currently having problems with my 2013 pathfinder. The car was decelerating on its own and experienced loss of speed. It dropped from like 50-60 mph to below 20 mph, then went back up then slowed down again. I had my the gas down to the floor and it would not go beyond 20 mph. Then suddenly it would go fast again. I called my dealership while I was driving, they advised me to bring. I said I am almost home and then I would have my husband take it. However, it did it again while I was an intersection scaring me to death. I parked at a gas station , my husband came and decided to drive it to the dealership which was about 10 miles away. He checked it in the parking lot and it was running fine he said. Well, same thing happened to him after about a couple of miles but he made it to the dealership safely going really slow. It took the dealership 5 days before checking it and 2 days ago told us they could not duplicate the problem, or find a code. I complained to the manager about it and he says he checked it as well but no problem. I called Nissan corporate and they just got back to me today and they would not fix it. They denied that this car had any complaints like mine. They told me since it could not be duplicated there is nothing to fix. Well, I just checked online and a lot of people have the same complains. In fact, there is a class action lawsuit about 2013-2014 pathfinder transmissions. I am going to tell everybody I know about this problem! DO NOT BUY NISSAN! I forgot to mention that airbag recall, mine has been reprogrammed the 3rd time because of problems!

At first I loved my pathfinder it was the truest of love, the kind you hear about In romance novels, but unfortantly that changed pretty early out of the gate. My first negative experience happened 18,000 miles in when my wife pulled out into on-comming traffic on a busy street. The pathfinder began to shake very badly and I woke from sleeping in the passenger seat and jumped up and said" what the hell did you hit!" She said "nothing "she didn't hit anything and so after she avoided being rear ended for lack of power to the wheels and learching back and forth. I said pull over I've gotta see the bumper to make sure you didn't hit anything. Got out of the car nothing wrong with the bumper all the tires were aired up and everything looked good. So I said "let me drive this thing home" and she obliged. Got in drove another mile towards the house and same thing it was like hitting masonry blocks in the roadway one after another at 40mph. Scared the crap out of me. I limped the vehicle back to the house at 12 mph for a few miles I parked it right there in the drive way called a tow truck and had it towed to the dealership. The next week they replaced the transmission under warranty. The funny thing is the service advisors act like they've never seen pathfinders with transmission failures. There were more than a few in the working bay lifted up having cvt replacements. See those guys are trained to act like the pathfinder cvt failures aren't an epidemic but I'm not stupid do your research people ! I've had two cvt replacements in 40,000 miles and it's not my wife's driving she drives like an old lady.the service advisor will say "well our cvt fluid needs to be changed at 30,000 miles! Well I only made it to 18,000 miles before the complete cvt failure how do you explain that? These transmission problems will surely cause more than a few accidents in the future and sadly probably a couple of deaths on the roadway Nissan you need to admit to the problem and fix it permanently or prepare yourselves for many many law suits in the future. At very least consumers need more peace of mind with an extended powertrain warranty extension. I don't wanna even mention interior quality issues 2nd row seating latch breaking off rattling roof rails shaky hood flutter at highway speeds and all the other numerous little problems I've encountered in my 42,000 miles since purchase. Because simply put I'm concerned about the safety of my family first and formost and I can look past cheap build parts but I can't look past these trannys problems!! My two toddlers ride in this car everyday. Do yourself a favor and get a highlander or 4runner save a ton of headaches!!

We have had this car for 3 years and have made lots of trips inside of Texas as well as some to other states. It is a great car to travel in. The back seat is comfortable for adults and there was plenty of room for luggage. We do not use the 3rd row of seats very often but it is great to know they are there if we need them. We have driven from Texas to Florida twice with 4 adults and would gladly do it again. I am 5' 7" so leg room is important. The back AC controls are awesome, especially when my grandkids are in the back. Love this car. UPDATE: Just came back from the dealer to trade this one in for a 2015 Pathfinder. Very excited!

Very good car over all, good performance and fuel economy for its size. For almost 3 years car performed very well but will just 35K mile on odometer we stated having acceleration issues. When costing around 20 mile and hour the car would not randomly accelerate even if you floor the accelerator. This was very bad for salty as you never new if the car would go. You had to completely back off the accelerator and then re-accelerate to get it going. The dealer was able to dignose the problem and replaced the CVT under warenty and the car is working fine again. However now we are worried if we can this is car we can keep long term.

Bough it in December 2013 and never got the advertised gas mileage 21 and 26 mpg, only 19 in city and 22 in hwy. After the recall to fix CVT mine wnet down to 17 mpg in city (never check in hwy). Dealer did not find any problem with that as computer did not registered an issue.

Had problems with the CVT from almost the start. Had severe juddering or shaking at certain speeds consistently and RPM revs at highway speeds with deceleration. Had in numerous times with nearly no support. They would keep my car for extended periods of time with no loaner only to say they couldn't detect juddering. Funny I could make it happen without any effort. Finally with little warranty left I traded it in. Will never buy a Nissan again. Too bad because everything else about the car I loved. Wish they owned up to their problems.

We leased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SV for 36 months. We enjoyed the vehicle appearance interior and performance. Unfortunately the transmission continually had issues in this car. We truly wanted it to work out but the dealer repeatedly informed us Nissan did not have a solution to fix the CVT transmission. We were told over and over Nissan is aware of the problem but only certain models were recalled. As we approached the end of our lease and that 36,000 mile warranty cut off we decided it was time to dump the Nissan because we did not want to risk replacing the transmission on our own dime. The last thing we needed was to be a few miles over the warranty and forced to pay for transmission they claim they couldn't fix. Boy were we surprised when the resale value was nowhere near the residual Nissan had hoped it would be worth. After calling Nissan corporate numerous times to discuss the problem with him very calmly no one really cared. We were truly shocked as we were willing to spend as much more in an Infiniti product. We ultimately decided to buy a reliable trustworthy Toyota Highlander and eat the negative equity Nissan didn't want to deal with. It's really a shame because we will certainly tell everyone we know about the risk you take when you purchase the Pathfinder. Overall a great vehicle but just not worth the risk because Nissan will not back you. You can get the same great gas mileage without the sketchy CVT transmission that Nissan uses to achieve good gas mileage.

So much for a new design

I had nothing but problems with this vehicle. I was in and out of the shop with problems. From the airbag sensor, replacing the roof rail seals, and misc recalls. There were several other smaller issues, but one that could not be fixed and caused the dealership to trade my vehicle was something was wrong with the transmission. I would be driving in traffic, or in a school zone, hovering around 20mph, and the car would not accellerate. I had to either slam the break or turn off the car and restart it to get it to move. the dealership had it 3 or 4 times and "could not duplicate the problem". i sent a video in highway traffic to Nissan, nothing. i don't know if they ever figured it out. Update, I've had this vehicle 2 years, and have almost 60k miles. The trim Gasketing is coming loose on the passenger side roof rail for the second time, and the door weather stripping is coming off on the rear passenger door. The car shutters art 30-40 MPh, depending on the temp, but I haven't gotten it fixed because I hate going to the dealership.

We bought our '13 Pathfinder SL 4WD in August of 2013. Within two months we started to feel the CVT Transmission shuddering under light throttle applications. We had the car in the shop four times for this issue, but they could never replicate the problem. After the shuddering started to become progressively worse and became a safety concern, we finally asked the dealer to buy the car back for the balance of our loan. Happily, they agreed, and we were given $6000 more than the Kelly Blue Book trade value. Other than the transmission issue, the car was very nice. It rode great and got very good MPG for a mid-sized CUV ....

With 2 kids now and carpooling I needed something with a third row. I love it because it's not totally huge but the inside (even the third row) is very roomy. I especially like the second row folds forward even with car seat in it. We got the car in Dec of 2012. We got one of the first ones in our state and When we got there they were still cleaning it up and saw them taking stickers off some of the interior that said Infiniti on them. Yes this platinum addition has the interior of a luxury car/SUV . Now on performance. The car drives great!!!! I have had the car a year and a half and have over 10000. I have had zero issues except for the recall on airbag and brakes.

When I bought the 2013 Pathfinders, like any new owner I was thrilled. . Unfortunately there were a few things that I id not understand. So when my pathfinder began shuttering and shaking at 900 miles, I contacted customer service who referred me to the local dealership, who with all of there up-to-date computer diagnostic could not fit the problem. Fortunately, Nissan already understood the problem before I bought the car. "Faulty Software & the Service Campaign" Whereby the owner brings in the vehicle multiple times exhibiting the same problem, and nissan replaces the entire drivetrain. Thats right. . Faulty software that can not be changed, that ends up damaging the CVT on its own. .

2013 Pathfinder was rear ended with damage to the driver side rear quarter panel. Pathfinder has been at the Nissan body shop for six weeks waiting on the quarter panel. The insurance company has ok'ed ( without my knowledge) the shop to repair the damaged sheet metal rather than continuing to wait on the rear quarter panel. When contacted Nissan consumer affairs on assistance with rental car reinbursment and or possible making a payment due to the lack of repair parts. I was told the part was on national backorder. no assistance on the rental nor the payment. Nissan customer service has slipped from what it used to be as I have owned 8 other Nissans. My 2013 Nissan pathfinder has had transmission problems for months and I have repeatedly given Nissan the opportunity to fix it and have had the transmission replaced once. Yesterday it stalled in the middle of an intersection with traffic coming in both directions and my two children in the car. I will not drive this car again. I paid $43,000 for a car I am afraid to drive or put my children in. Nissan needs to correct these problems and stop putting people at risk.

At least until the transmission issues with stuttering and surging are sorted out, avoid this one. The storage spaces are poorly thought out, can't get the glove compartment open if there's a passenger in the front. The center console screen is confusing and low quality. No Bluetooth music connectivity unless you spring for navigation, and the Bluetooth phone is really noisy. Update: Still the same complaints with poor interior layout and outdated electronics, but Nissan replaced the transmission under warranty. That has really increased my satisfaction with this car. They truly got the transmission right the second time around. I added an aftermarket Bluetooth adapter in the center console for audio streaming.

Bought this car in June 2013 because i liked the style and had owned Nissan in the past. First week already had some transmission rattling issue, in which Nissan still does not have a solution. In 6 months already have 2 recalls. And most recently the front bumper cracked for no reason. The expert in the bodyshop said that material is very flimpsy and would crack easily. Terrible experience with this Pathfinder and this maybe the last Nissan I will ever buy.

We have had it for a month now. We had a 4 hour trip to see family and with a head wind for much of it still got just over 24 MPGs! We can slide the second row back so our two kids in car seats don't kick the back of my seat. Getting nieces and nephews into the 3rd row is nice because you can just slide the middle row up even with a big carseat! The transmission was a concern, lots of people moaning and groaning there. It feels different, BECAUSE IT IS DIFFERENT.The "stutter" described is likely just a result of inconsistent pressure on the gas when accelerating. I have tried to get the tranny to act up and if I press down, then let up then press down again it "transitions" gears but no prob

After taking the SUV home I was over joyed . After about 300 miles I noticed a a shutter when the gas pad was applied lightly and it disappeared as the suv 's speed reached about 35 mph..My dealer Sutherlin Nissan was wonderful..They put a new converter as per the mother company"s policy and on the way home about 10 miles, the problem was still there.. I called them and they then took it to the next step and ordered a new tranny. Since then two long trips and 7000 miles on the Suv and now after owning this Suv for three mths,,I give it 4 1/2 stars overall..Sutherlin Nissan of fort myers fla gets 5 stars and they also give a lifetime warranty at no add.charge on the drivetrain. Very nice SUV.

I purchased my 2013 Pathfinder in Nov of 2012, it began having the "shudder" fairly shortly after but I didn't acknowledge it for a while. As it continued to worsen, I brought it to the dealers attention. I was told they were aware but did not have a fix for it. I continued to mention it every time I brought the car in for service. I was finally told to call Nissan which is a joke. They sent me back to the dealer who has told me that for their protection they must be very careful with how they handle it. What about the $45,000 I spent. Where is my protection? I am considering hiring a lawyer....

Purchased on 12 Aug 2013. Took it on a trip last week (30 Oct t0 2 Nov). Experienced power surges when stopped, rpm jumped from 500 to 1000 . Had to keep foot on brake. Vehicle shuddered, once to the point that the whole vehicle shook. Took it to dealer today, 4 Nov, they called and told me that the transmission had to be replaced. The vehicle is 2 1/2 months old and has 2300 miles. They also told me that it was Nissan's policy to replace transmissions with remanufactured transmissions. Immediately called Nissan customer Care, told them this was not acceptable. Was told that my complaint would be expedited and that someone form Nissan HQ would call me. Waiting for more info now.

We purchased a new 2013 Pathfinder Platinum AWD. 3rd gen CVT. You would think Nissan would have figured it out by now...NOT!!! By the time we had driven 4000km the car had been in the shop twice to reprogram the transmission. By 6000 km, in the shop two more times, but with a new transmission. Within 500 km after the new transmission was installed, the same drivetrain vibration. Nissan Canada says "It's a good car...we'll fix it" We said you have wasted too many hours running a vehicle back and forth from the shop. We lost 10k on trade in, and bought a 2013 Lexus RX350 F Sport. Wish we had bought the Lexus in the first place!!

I owned so many Nissan cars, trucks and suv's but I was so disappointed with 2013 Pathfinder. I bought my 2013 Pathfinder SV at first I was enjoying it but after I hit more than 1,000 miles it started shuddering and losing power. All the moulding under the door became loose and when I'm driving on the freeway it was vibrating so hard that the sound inside the cabin is so annoying. I brought it back to the dealer for them to fix the shuddering and losing power but the mechanic said "there's nothing wrong with. After three months of driving it I finally trade it in for the Titan which I should have bought in the first place.....

The shudder got to bad and Nissan answers phone in Manila, Philipines and stalls forever and wears you down. Dealer network very poor in our area, and traded off now because the market is all ready getting the buy backs on the market and values are falling fast. Nissan should do a recall but will not do so until forced

I had been looking at replacing my Subaru tribeca. I looked at the explorer, acadia, santa fe. and highlander. The explorer's interior felt cheap compared to the acadia and pathfinder and it was not as quiet also. The santa fe was a decent vehicle but did not really like it. The toyota's interior felt patched together....two information screens, and second row seats seemed to be a pain to configure. It really came down to the Acadia SLT and the Pathfinder SL. I could have bought either but the pathfinder was thousands less than the GMC. So far I have put on about 2200 miles in two months. The ride is smooth and quiet. Interior is very upscale.

Pathfinder = WINNER!

This is my 4th Nissan vehicle since 2003 and my first purchase. The previous three vehicles were leases and I enjoyed them all. I picked the '13 PF PL over the competitors for many reasons including: Nissan reliability, Nissan's CVT is the best among the other's out there, brand loyalty, standard features, ride quality, cargo space and technology. I have just over 1200 miles so the vehicle is over the break-in period. I am averaging 23.6 MPG with a 66 mile round-trip daily commute consisting of 90% highway and 10% city. I have not experienced one issue and thoroughly enjoy my new '13 PF. Build date is April 2013.

Lots of fun gadgets and great has milege. I haven't had any problems with anything and have absolute trust in the Nissan name.

Absolutely Love this vehicle. Bought 3 weeks ago, I average 25K miles a year, and so far it is wonderful with no problems. Does not have the power of my previous Titan V8, but for a V6 with a CVT Transmission, it does great for my needs. Researched Ford Explorer Limited and Pathfinder, mulled over all the blogs, comments and bottom line for me, the Price for the vehicle & all the Premium Platinum features verses the Ford Explorer Limited, along with the "trade Value" three years from now, Nissan won this buyer over again. Especially love the remote start and heated/cooled seats. So Far So Good!! 360 camera view also a neat feature!!

The Pathfinder was not originally on my list, gravitating towards the Mazda CX-5 due to sportiness and fuel economy. When I took the 15 & 17yo boys to look at the new car, they sat in the back of the Mazda and declared, "no way". We headed up car dealer row trying out similar vehicles: Mazda CX-9, Hyundai Santa Fe, Subaru Outback, Toyota Highlander, Chevy Traverse & Equinox, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Journey, Ford Edge and Explorer. Of all those that "fit", the Nissan had the best fuel economy, and the most attractive interior. It's just plain a comfortable ride, with near luxury interior and nice soft leather seats. Good since I was replacing an Escalade and Jaguar with the Nissan. Update: ultimately the Pathfinder was failed by an unreliable transmission and Nissan's ambiguous Support. They required a check engine code before they would take action. Although the dealer tech actually observed the shuddering, Nissan wouldn't replace the transmission before the warranty expired because no code was produced. The transmission started whining after the warranty expired during cold warm up, getting progressively louder and continuing to warmer temps. Nissan required a $149 diagnostic to even tell me anything about the new problem. I decided to trade it instead before the transmission failed on me. I have a beautiful Audi Q5 with a normal geared transmission, no more Nissan CVTs.

Purchased in April, the car has been to the dealership 3 times for repairs (over 30 days in the shop and counting, it is there now). First visit was for a misaligned hood and pax airbag issue. Second was for same Pax airbag issue and CVT, currently in for a new transmission due to cvt issues (stuttering between 15 and 20 mph). We are invoking our state's lemon law to have Nissan buy back, we will see how that goes. Great looking car, quality is the worse I have ever seen in my 30 years of purchasing vehicles.

Why is 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a solid choice in my opinion vs. some of its peers. For starters Nissan finally moved away from an off road SUV (truck on frame) to one that mainstream families like myself will want and use. How many families do you know that go rock crawling or off roading vs. those who need space, comfort, handling like an Acura or Mercedes with virtually no tire and road noise? How many V6's can offer 19-26 MPG's when fully loaded with the AC blasting? For those who do not like or complain about the CVT transmission need to learn more about it. This is not new. All snow mobiles, wave runners, boats and heavy equipment use this type of transmission and its a solid choice.

There are always lemon cars and lemon dealers out there of which I do not have either. So 4 months and 4000 miles mine is going strong no problems! The CVT transmission is different and will bog down if you try to floor it you have to give it gas steadily and before you know it you are passing someone uphill going 80mph! I live at 7500ft elevation in Colorado I have had no problems with power or passing and it handles great in the snow. I have averaged 26mpg on all of my tanks since buying this car. Its a 7 passenger SUV that handles like a sports car! Much better than the 05 Xterra I traded in! That was a tank!

I have had my 13 Pathfinder now for approx 6 months and 5000 miles and everything is running beautifully. The leather seats are very comfortable, especially on long trips. The AC is been outstanding during these last few weeks of high heat. I barely notice the CV transmission now, handling is responsive in the city and on the highway. Overall mileage is much better than my last SUV - a Mazda CX9 V6. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I have been reading the latest reviews on the 2013 Pathfinder and find them a bit disappointing. I bought mine yesterday and have 25 miles on it. I hope and pray I DO NOT have transmissions problems! I have been through transmission issues with a 2002 Ford Explorer and they were never rectified. I fell in love with this car after driving the Infiniti JX. I have the fully loaded Platinum. We read the reviews prior to buying and were so worried that the dealer included the 7yrs, 100,000 miles coverage on the engine and transmission. I hope the issues are in the minority and do not show up with me. If they do I hope Nissan can rectify the problem and take care of their customers.

I love my 2013 Pathfinder with the exception of the sputtering every so often. I have been told that there is no fix and Nissan is working on one; so therefore there is no recall as of now. It feels as though it will cut off when it does this. I have been told that no Pathfinder with this problem has cut off so far.

So far after 2 months and 1600miles... Cracked valve cover dumped oil all over our driveway. On a mountain road shifting into low did nothing, the mechanic at the dealership verified the problem, but Nissan's official response is that this is the way the CVT works and that's it. On that problem and response alone we are trying to get our money back. Now we are experiencing the "Jutter" problem everyone else has been complaining about.

I bought my 2013 Pathfinder on April 19 and have just put 1000 miles on it. Since buying it it has shuddered at least a half a dozen times. The shudder lasts for about 2 to 3 seconds usually while trying to accelerate from a slow roll. The car has no power while the shudder is going on. Very Dangerous! I brought the car to the dealer and they told me that Nissan is aware of the problem and that it can take approximately 2 weeks to 2 months for Nissan to come up with a solution. I told the dealer that the car is unsafe to drive. They told me that Nissan told them that the car is safe to drive and that I need to “floor” the gas pedal when accelerating to bypass the shudder issue.

I read some negative reviews on this car. But I figured most people who review cars have probably had a bad experience, and were not the majority. I guess I learned a hard lesson. We bought the car 23 days ago. It has been in the service department for 16 of those days. It has broke down 3 times and had to be towed back in. The last week it was in the shop they had no answers for us. Today they informed us the are ordering a new engine control unit. I am not typically a complainer, but this has been beyond frustrating. The dealership (Nissan Uftring in Peoria) have been terrible communicators. My wish is they would just buy the car back. Unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen.

Purchase the 2013 pathfinder march 2013. At about 160 miles the shaking, shuttering with the cvt started and the car was losing power at 1200-1500 rpms during acceleration.. The dealer found no prob. I was almost t-boned twice with my family in vehicle and so after 2 more trips to dealer and no fix I got nissan corporate involved. Needless to say they were no help. They acknowledged that they had received numerous consumer complaints but no solution. I requested that they replace my vehicle for another new pathfinder and a week later they refused with no explanation. The dealer eventually replaced it for me but have same cvt prob with new one. Don't buy this SUV too many prob..shame niss!
