About a month ago we purchased a vehicle. Ruben was very relaxed and didn't pressure us in to any specific vehicle. I really appreciated all of his help and his attitude during the process. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, we spoke with John to finish the paperwork. He worked with us on the pricing to fit our budget. Once again he was also calm and not pushy, normally most finance officer are quite pushy at this stage. We stayed a little after they closed and still no one was impatient.
