I was just "browsing", and Ernie came out to greet us. He was very friendly, professional, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the RX350's I was interested in. Everyone I encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. After we closed the deal, I found out they closed at 6 pm on Saturdays, and I was there until 8 pm! Ernie never said a word, just took his time and didn't try to rush at all. I picked up my 2014 Certified RX350 on Halloween! What a treat!
