Ahmet was great to deal with, the buying process was very easy. No pushy salesman here, I knew what I was looking for and it was in excellent shape. Found no problems with the vehicle, and the price was lower than others that I had looked at. I asked him to hold it for me for a day so my wife and I could discuss and even though they don't normally hold cars, he said he could tell we really liked it and he would do that for me. Came back and bought it yesterday, driving home in 30 minutes. Will definitely look here for my next car first!

Bought this car New, in 2012, loved the color and interior, the 20in rims look beast. The Car drove like a beast, even parked, it looked tuff. high way driving the best.. passing cars, it was man and machine as one. I really took care of this car being my first ever major purchase, so very few hard drives, dealer service oil changes, reg car wash and vacuum,, mostly weekend family trips. until 30k, first service sparkplugs +/-$300. After that I started to notice more, Bluetooth had a hard time to sync with multiple devices hooked up, transmission shifting got jumpy, One rim cracked twice then another, took it to dealer and not there problem but I could buy a set of factory rims for $$$$. to repair $100 each time. guess which way I went? then at 60k sparkplugs again? another $300.. then I couldn't get Dealer to fix my driver side airbag light on dash under warranty, oh, but after warranty expired.. now they want to fix it for $$$.. then the battery died, couldn't jump start the car, had to buy a booster. Battery replaced new from autozone $200. wife took car to dealer, they charged her $800 for service and the airbag light.. that ends up coming on again right before she drove it home???? Might be normal spending for some but not for me, having a Toyota Tacoma base pickup, that I bought also new in 2010.. now having close to 100k and only service where oil changes.... So I drove my beast Charger R/T to the Toyota dealer and drove off in a 2016 Tacoma TRD 4x4 Offroad.. Maybe in 10yrs i'll buy a 2012 charger r/t , by then they should be preety cheap..

I bought this car used from a local dealer,I've had nothing but problems with the way the transmission downshifts.I found out that the transmission was replaced a few thousand miles before i puchased it.It had 35,380,dealer never told me nothing .It feels like the engine is trying to run at higher rpms and the brakes don't want to stop correctly.I got no satisfaction from the dealer and tried another, they downloaded new software and told me it was not covered under warranty or any extended warranty that i purchased seperatly.I paid the amount and it still did not take care of problem, service told me to give it time to learn my driving habits,it never got better.Since then my big screen that controls everything has locked up twice, they had to do updates on.I had problems with drivers side window and i could go on and on.I'am very disappointed in this vehical and have only had it for 10 monthes. It does run down the highway nice and is a good looking car.I wish i had some help in resolving these issues.I would look over other sedans if i were you.I will probably trade it after the new year.

I had my 2012 R/T for 3.5 years and 65,002 miles. Here are my final thoughts on the car: The performance is spectacular. The 5.7 Hemi is more engine than most drivers will ever need (but then again, so is the 3.6) and is really a gem. It is smooth and docile when driven gently, and turns into a snarling monster when you put your foot down. Combined with a cold air intake and a Flowmaster dual exhaust it really became quite an animal. Let's just say I never needed much room to pass a bad/slow driver, and the sound coming from the exhaust was more than enough to let them know I didn't approve of their driving style. The car really was a bit of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Again, driving gently the engine was very docile, and the ride was borderline supple. Though the 20" wheels never allow it to get too soft. When you're driving it closer to the edge, the engine is right there with you and the suspension seems to tighten right up and allow you to take corners at speeds that would have been suicide in a car this large 20 years ago. On top of the craziness, it was not uncommon for me to obtain 30+ MPG on the highway and low-mid 20's in the city. Make sure you're using mid grade fuel though. The interior is fantastic. The seats are probably the most comfortable I have ever sat in. With severe back issues I could easily drive this car for 12+ hours and not have a problem. They are supportive and comfortable. The materials used on the interior are also great. Is it Audi great? No. But it is definitely a fantastic place to be. Everything is laid out intuitively, and access to most controls is through the touch screen or through the steering wheel. So why did I get rid of it? One word: electronics. Simply said, the electronics were complete trash. When you're making bets with yourself over how many of your 12 speakers are going to work on this start, there's a problem. When the radio decides you really didn't want to listen to that song, and then literally refuses to play that one song until the car is shut off and restarted, there's a problem. When it decides you really didn't want to connect your bluetooth, mid call, there's a problem. And finally, when the bluetooth call quality sounds like old tv static being transmitted through an olympic size swimming pool, it's just time to move on. The dealer said they would basically replace the entire system, at a very substantial cost to me due to the fact this all happened after the warranty was up. So it was time to walk away. I've been told mine was a rare occurrence, and that may be. Still doesn't change the fact that it happened and those horrifyingly bad electronics ruined the entire experience of the car.

Would do it again (update)

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own a Dodge - this is my 5th! Bought new in '12, wife hogs it. Set out to buy an Infiniti M, but the Dodge wins on noise, room, entrance/egress, toys, and performance. The AWD is not as good as BMW, reminds me of my Aspen. It kicks in after you slip a little - I guess they wanted you to know you were changing envelopes whereas my 330XI was hardly noticeable. Only issue so far was a bushing squeak in the steering column that was fixed under warranty....(update)...I just did tires and front brakes - a little disappointed with the longevity (46K) of both, but given my wife's driving habits not too bad. I've never had a Michelin wear out so quickly, but I guess they are rated to do so. I still really enjoy all of the creature features and the safety features. I followed a friend towing a trailer through hills last night for 4.5 effortlessly with the adaptive cruise control! GREAT road trip machine!

I had my 2012 Charger R/T Max for 17 months and sold it. The 4-6-8 cylinder system fights with the transmission in traffic. It's constantly trying to drop back to 4 cyl mode which cuts your low end torque in half, makes it downshift, then the other cylinders kick in while the engine races. It's totally confused! Build quality is great except, drivers seat power actuator moved jerkily and had to be replaced. Had radio replaced once and then rear channel failed again. Started smelling antifreeze inside the car at 25,000 miles, needs new heater core. Clunk in rear end when shifting gears in stop and go traffic. Over engineered and under built!!!

Lately when I crank my car all of the interior door lights in both the front and back will remain on. Ive checked to make sure that all doors are shut tight. Ive also checked to ensure that the roll light button control wasn't accidentally turned on. To make matters worse the only way that i can turn off the interior door lights is to individually press each light to switch them off. So literally I have to pull over and get out of my car and walk to the rear seats and passenger seats to press the light fixtures to off. Ive owned many vehicles in my 29 years and have never experienced such a problem. Any suggestions?

Purchased my brand new 2012 Dodge Charger in march 2012 . So far in less than 6 months Ive put on over 19k miles. This car has very strong acceleration, and is truly a head turner especially with the 20 chrome wheels. Some concerns that i have with the car is that after a long hard highway drive this car has a very strong exhaust gas fume which enters the car. Ive taken it to the dealer twice and they cant seem to pinpoint the problem. Ive owned 11 new cars in my 30 yr lifetime, and have never experienced this type of chemical odor. This issue seems to be random and seems to happen more when the temperature reaches over 70 degrees outdoors. Has anyone else had this same issue?

First things first... I have never owned anything other than V8's. I kinda feel than anything less is... unamerican. So, for my first big family four door, I had two real choices. Ford Taurus or Dodge Charger R/T...and they dont make V8 Taurus(siii?) So Dodge is was the winner. The vehicle is very well appointed, great sound system (Beats By Dre), and its not too shabby on the eyes. I wish I could read the minds on the BMW and Merc owners that pull up next to me... Not the typical look and feel of the Dodge of 10 years ago, or even two years ago for that matter. I dont have enough characters remaining to list the standard items on this car... Just Great!!!

I have had my 2012 Charger R/T for 9 months/16000 miles. Prior to buying this I drove nothing but imports. This car is INCREDIBLE! It handles great, is super comfortable, has gobs of power, and is one solidly built machine. Even with the 5.7 Hemi I can get a consistent 30MPG on the highway and around 24MPG around town. The interior is very nicely appointed using mostly high quality materials throughout. If you told me 4 years ago I would be driving a Dodge I would have laughed in your face, but now I can't see myself driving anything else besides maybe a Ram or a Chrysler.

Great car!

I have been looking at the Charger for over a year. I looked at alot of cars but I kept coming back to the Charger. The way it drives, looks, handles, and the features you get for the money make it hard to beat. I have only had my R/T for 2 weeks so far so good. My Samsung phone is not compatible with UConnect but that isn't the cars fault. It is quiet, powerful, comfortable, gets relatively good mileage, and looks great. And boy does it get the looks. This is a keeper.

In my middle 50's and have purchased or leased new cars every 3 to 5 years for most of my life. This is the smoothest, quietest, most comfortable car I've ever owned. I purchased the SXT V6 with the 8-Speed and Rallye Plus package. Even with the 20" rims the car rides great on all be the roughest roads. No unwanted noises get in or are in (rattles, squeaks) this extremely quiet interior. The U-connect is wonderful and for a 4000lbs car this thing moves and handles great. Cannot say enought about the attention to detail inside and out and the overall outstanding build quality. Have been a Mopar lover since High School but have not owned "American" since the late 80's. Great Job!

Match the 3.6 l with the 8 speed ZF transmission and the result is great. I would imagine some don't like the idea of an 8 speed. Let me tell you, it is fantastic. Shifts are fast, hardly noticeable, and the performance is just great. Very fast, Very economical. I am a lead foot, yet the average mpg (city mostly) is just over 22mpg. I have managed over 32mpg consistantly at 70mph. Yet the power available is unbelieveable. The electronic shifter is the most complained about item. Takes one day to get use to, and not really all that different from a mechanical shifter. Drives like a much smaller car. Chrysler Corp. has obviously been listening to real drivers suggestions.

I had stayed away from Chrysler products for years even though I grew up with them and owned many classic Mopar Muscle Cars. The 2011 Charger redesign caught my attention and I ended up buying a 2012 Charger RT with the Road and Track package in Black. I ordered mine from the factory with Navigation, Super track Package and the new Beats Stereo options. With rebate, dealer discount and supplier discount the total cost without tax was $31,400. That is a lot of car for the money. I have had a lot of fast cars and while I would not say the car is super fast I would say it has plenty of power. Most impressive is the handling and interior quality. I would highly recommend this vehicle to others.

I was in the market for the Charger SRT8. I had arranged a test drive of an SRT8 at a local dealer only to find out that someone had put a deposit on it. The sales person told me that he had an idea … “How about an R/T with the Road and Track package”. Well, I was there anyway so … OK. First are the looks. In the Road & Track trim the grill is flat black w/ the heritage R/T badge in red. The rims are 20” retro chrome fitted with 245/45-20 Goodyear F1 Super Car tires. Inside there is an 8.4 inch infotainment system. It integrates with the iPod/Phone through the Bluetooth or USB interface. The usual GPS, Sirius, CD/MP3, AM/FM that you would expect from a full sized sedan. 10 Alpine speakers, w/ Sub powered by a 550 watt amp. The ride is very quiet and smooth.

I had been viewing this car since it's release last year. While on a business trip I rented the base model charger and was blown away. First I am 6,9 and was driving a yukon xl denali because of the space. I had room to spare in the charger and plenty of headroom without the sunroof. Went to my local dealership after looking at the options online and test drove a few RT's . Fell in love with the hemi V8. Ordered my RT Road and Track in Black with the 20 inch chromes and Super Track Pack. Left out navigation and sunroof. This car is FAST, handles great, plenty of space, and reasonable fuel economy. I would encourage anybody in the market for a sedan to test drive the charge

Even though I have the base model Charger, I am still very happy with it. I can't think of anything negative about the car. It has GREAT handling for a car of that size and it's 292hp motor has enough power for me. The price is also very cheap compared to other cars that don't even measure up to the Charger. I love how the base model comes with all the features it does. The 4.2" touch screen is great and it also has a lot of controls on the steering wheel. I also like the computer it has; it gives you a lot of information about the vehicle. All in all I love the car.

I purchased this vehicle in 1st quarter of 2012. The V-8 was my original choice but decided to go for V-6 for better value and gas mileage. The V-6 was awesome; it had plenty of acceleration and with K&N filter mpg were 37plus and mid 20's. However, I was forced to change it due to raw power feel of V-8 and was just bored with 8 speed transmission with no shifting options. Make shure you buy what you wan't! You will be forced to take a hit due to depreciation of vehicle return or stay with car choice. I just kept having that regret. The Hemi is a monster. Awesome acceleration and mpg on highway are low 30's with 50 to 70 mph and on stop and go is killer at 12. Car is a head turner!

The blacktop package adds 20" black rims, a blacked out front grill, an upgraded sound system (alpine speakers on mines), paddle shifters and a sport tuned suspension. This makes the car really stand out from the rest of the chargers on the road w/o having to do anything but spend the extra $1495. The interior is just beautiful. Large comfortable leather seats and all the bells and whistles you can think of and more. I mean really...cooled/heated cup holders??? The uconnect screen with navi and backup cam are almost too distracting

Picked up my black 2012 black dodge charge RT a couple weeks ago, and let me just tell you how much I have enjoyed this car. This car offically made the tenth car that Ive owned at age 28. Ive owned Acrua, toyota, ford , chevy, nissian, buick, and the list goes on and on. None of the other brands can provide both a large interior space, smooth ride, and a powerful v8 like the charger rt. I must admit i was very skeptical about dodge at first until i drove this car and then i was sold. No rattles, no wind noise, soaks up large pot holes, and strong acceleration, good warranty. What more would anyone need? I would highly recommend anyone to test drive the 2012 dodge charger rt.

I have about 10k on my 2012 Charger R/T Max. I cannot say enough good things about this vehicle. To the shock of many friends, I traded a 2009 Audi A4 Quattro for this vehicle. The build quality, ride quality, and owner experience are beyond what I expected. 2 years ago I would have never considered a Dodge above a German brand. Surprisingly, the highway mileage is quite good. I recently got 30 MPG on a road trip to NY. In the city I'm looking at 19-21MPG. If you're in the market for a reliable, well-handling, large sedan, this car certainly deserves solid consideration and is the "last of the Mohicans" in terms of large, rear-drive, American sedans (short of the Chrysler 300).

Having driven the 2011 R/T for most of the year, I was already familiar with most of the features but was completely unprepared for the improvement in handling and power this beast brings to the table. On a highway you can easily top 100 mph without the pedal getting halfway down and still be treated to a symphony from the engine, which prompted an unprintable exclamation of approval from my first passenger. The auto mode sets the suspension for maximum comfort and in even the sharpest turns the car remains level. Sport mode unleashes the car's max performance. Fuel economy is about the same as I had with the R/T, although thats more due to San Diego traffic than anything else.

We had settled on a Maxima and went to look at the Charger as a base of comparison. I was blown away with the build quality and materials of the interior. Gone are the cheap hard plastics replaced with high quality soft to the touch materials Great power with the Hemi and smooth as silk ride. We have about 2,000 miles on it and couldn't be happier. Steering is a little numb but this is a big car. Super comfy so I guess there are compromises.

The 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 looks means, sounds mean, it is mean. Seeing it parents will lock their kids indoors peering out the windows until this bad boy's gone by. Even parked you'll want to cross the road just to walk around it so it can't bite. When you first fire up the engine you know unmistakably there's a beast under the hood. However, from the inside of the cabin you hear a quiet, pleasant exhaust note. Romp on it and it's a whole different story. Whatever's under the hood wants to get out and it's going to drag the car and passengers along with it whether they like it or not. You'd better hang ladies and gentlemen because you're going for a ride like you've never had!

Although I never would have bought a Chrysler product in the past, the 2011 Charger redesign is amazing. It's beautiful, fun, blazingly fast, quiet and extremely comfortable. I only wish they would have had the 8 speed automatic available for 2011. The extra gas milage from the 8 speed would have been greatly appreciated. Otherwise, absolutely love this car. Can't believe I bought a dodge! Audio system and navigation are good, however some of the applications are not compatible with the iphone (like reading text messages). Also, I wish the doors would automatically lock on exiting the vehicle. The passive unlock system works well, but you still have to lock the doors when you exit.
