I had some significant problems with my vehicle after having the battery replaced at a different establishment (it was Sunday (11/13) and the dealer service was closed) and after replacing the battery my radio and some other things were either not working entirely or were not working properly. I called Monday (11/14) to get an appointment with a loaner and was told there were no loaners available. I made an appointment with my service advisor, Michael, for Wednesday (11/16) and he told me he will definitely have a loaner for me on Wednesday. I show up Wednesday (taking time off from work to bring my car in), and Michael tells me he needs to see if any loaner cars are available, which is shocking to me because he virtually guaranteed me a car. There were no loaners available, which aggravated me as he could have called me to tell me this before I left work early to bring my car in. I asked him why he didn't call me to tell me this, and he made up 2 very weak excuses and took no responsibility whatsoever. So now I am left to try and find another time to bring my car in. And in the meantime, several things are not working on the car. My time needs to be more important than this when you are dealing with customer service. I really don't understand what the point of making an appointment and being told a loaner would 'definitely' be available if that cannot be assured. Especially without the courtesy of a phone call if something prevents that from happening. I bought my car at this dealership in 2011 and have been going there for service ever since. You've now likely lost a customer.
