What can I say. I am they type of guy who buys cars in cash from private owners. This is mostly because of the horrible prices and service at dealerships.Then I went to Pat Moore Quality Cars and met Ray and my whole outlook changed, at least for this place. I had already filled out my credit application online for a Jeep that I wanted, to replace the Cherokee I had, but I was borderline due to knowing I would not get what I thought my Cherokee was worth. After finally breaking down and going down there to talk with Ray, first about the loan (which he worked with the bank for two days on to get me a good rate) then to test drive the car I ran into Pat himself who listened to my concerns about my trade-in. Pat offered me a great solution to deal with that and I left that day with my new-to-me Jeep. Surprising thing...took about 30 minutes to process all the paperwork and get it signed and get the keys...30 MINUTES!! That's it. I know people who have to get daycare for their kids because buying a car is going to be an all day event. Not here and I truly appreciate that, I have things to do with my time.For the record, I have suggested Pat Moore Quality Cars to two friends already.
