General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2013 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, and Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Silverado 1500, Silverado 2500/3500, Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Sierra 1500, Sierra 2500/3500, Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles originally sold, or ever registered, in the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan), and the U.S. Virgin Islands or "Zone A." Additionally, GM is recalling certain 2010 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, and Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Silverado 1500, Silverado 2500/3500, Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Sierra 1500, Sierra 2500/3500, Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles originally sold, or ever registered in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia or "Zone B." Bill, Robin, and Will were nothing less than outstanding. I was looking for a specific type of high end vehicle. They had there in the lot that for the bill! Mr. Haven showed me all three pointing out the good and the bad. I finally decided on a Lexus SC 430. Here's the best part, Mr Haven would not sell it to me until Will put in a new OEM A.C. compressor and new struts for the trunk assembly. He also replaced the timing belt and a new water pump for a very fair price. I have been thrilled with this vehicle. It has exceeded my expectations and had increased in value since I bought it. What could be better? I would buy a car from the Havens anytime. They are very nice people and very fair.
