A bit of a rough ride but that's par for the course with an off roading vehicle. Solid SUV-my wife and I feel safe in this auto. Has been a very reliable car, still has original brakes! Very few repairs.

After my 2005 Grand (Laredo 4.7L V8 4x4) was totaled while still going strong at 171,000 miles, I replaced it with a used 2007 Grand Laredo V6 which is now up to 182,000 miles and still doing great. So I added a second 2007 Grand Laredo V8 which is also doing great at 96,000 miles, and handed the V6 over to the college student. Excellent on snow and ice in the winter, as well as back roads and New England mud season, yet highway ride is fine too. Very little has had to be done to any of them except normal maintenance and replacing worn-out items which were no surprise for the mileage. Some reviews complain about headroom but I'm only 5'1" so no problem. I'd happily buy one again.

Stay away from them

I've owned 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees before the 2007, A 1996 and a 2004. Both were great. As far as I'm concerned Jeep should be embarrassed that they even put the 2007 style on the road. 4x4 system is a joke. Your going to get stuck for sure if you travel thru mud or snow. They should all be recalled and sent out to be scrapped. I love Jeeps but this one has me rethinking any future Jeep purchases.

I recently purchased a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo Rocky Mountain edition. It is a certified one-owner car with only 17,500 miles on it, so it is virtually still a new vehicle. Interior and exterior are almost pristine, with little sign of wear. The only complaint I have is, that the alloy wheels have some scratches on them, but I will try to buff them out. Car feels and drives like new. It has a sliding moonroof, and the premium Boston stereo system. No bluetooth, unfortunately, but I can use a bluetooth earpiece. I had considered a Ford Escape, but this Jeep is a good deal bigger and rides much better.

Wife and I purchased this jeep in Jan 2011 to replace a 2 seat ford ranger with a 4 x 4 family car. there have been issues with driver side window, alternator, water pump, low tire pressure sensors, and nothing is a cheap fix. the center brake light is about 80 dollars unless you get lucky and find it on ebay, it requires a $100 wire harness to put in an aftermarket stereo, mine did not have a luggage rack and they are hundreds of dollars to add. Some times it just goes out of gear when driving...kinda scary. Now the lights that light up the A/c controls are have burned out and they are soldered to a computer chip board and to replace them you have to purchase a new board. Be weary of thiscar

Never again!

I bought a 2007 Grand Cherokee last April with only 54K miles on it. Within 6K miles the rear differential went and I had to have the rear axel replaced at the cost of $2K. Then a module went for my tranny to the tune of $1300. Then the battery recently went and I'm having issues with my dashboard lights constantly flashing. My mechanic is at his wits end with the flashing so if anyone has had this happen and they know what caused it please post the solution. I have owned Jeeps before but I will never buy one again. I am going back to owning a Toyota.

We Purchased the 2007 JEEP Grand Cherokee used with 41,000 miles on it. Now has 75,000 Miles on it. We have had a few warrenty issues with bad differencial gaskets, and leaky transmission hose. Starter - All Covered - No cost to us. We have done nothing but preventive regular maintenence you have to do with any car. Gas, Tires, Oil, Transmission check at 70,000 --Drain, Flush, All OK. We have rough Winters here in Minnesota, and this is the vehical to own. Goes through 2ft or more like it is not there. Very stable ride, smooth, quiet, sits up nice. I was so happy with this one, I bought another JEEP Grand Cherokee 2998 Limited, Love that too!

I am completely satisfied with my Jeep. I can understand the frustrations of those who have had problems, but I cannot complain at all. I bought the car used with about 35k miles in 2011. I have never had to do anything to it not in the maintenance schedule (which I have followed). The car has 57k today. I find all seating positions comfortable. The controls in my Overland are wonderfully placed. I feel on par with any of the luxury SUVs, other than perhaps the quality of aworkmanship for some of the fitting of parts, etc, when I get really picky. But the price more than makes up for this. It drives a bit like a bit sports car if you trust it. Note:I drive a 3.0L diesel in Germany.

I bought my Jeep in 2011. The vehicle overall has been given fantastic reviews and to drive and own one is best, however I have been having this one issue. It randomly bucks and the jeep loses power steering, no acceleration and the oil light comes on. Sometimes it can keep running if the gas is slammed on other times it can be restated immediately after it stalls. This issue happened shortly before I got the transmission cooler lines fixed after months of leaking. The jeep also had the Ignition switch replaced twice; once in '10 and then once '12. B2185 & P0884 show up when the computer is scanned. There hasn't been a fix to it yet and it's scary to drive because it's bucked on the highway.

I cant say enough good things about this jeep. I have a fully loaded with 5.7L Hemi. Black with a factory upgraded chrome rim. I truly feel this product rivals anything from the luxury brands. I bought it used with 36k miles for $25k. Now it has 65k. I replaced the battery thats it. My payment is $368 a month and people act like im rich to be driving it. My wife drives it more than I and gets way too much attention. It turns heads everywhere we go, but im blown away by the interior cabin comfort and feel and how it handles. its like a sports car. My wife and I agree we are going to pay it off and keep it until I give it to my nephew. He is only 8 now so I will have it a while.

I read these reviews..but with most reviews, there good and bad. I bought my Jeep in May 11,in 3 weeks I started having check engine lights,it wouldnt shift or accelerate.Had it looked at a 3 different places & finally took it to the Jeep Dealership, they replaced a transmission sensor,$1600-not covered by my warranty.3 weeks after I got it back, driving down the interstate, in a.m. rush hour 65mph, when I sped up to get over & exit the interstate, the Jeep jumped so hard I thought I had hit something. It had shifted itself into 2nd while I was going 65mph. I had to pull over to get out of oncoming traffic. Now the service dept says it the 2nd gear ration & valve cover. So dangerous-Not worth it!

This has been a great car to own and drive. Car has been mechanically sound and I've only had to bring it into dealer for regular maintenance. Very confident handling in snow and solid feel to drive. Only recommendation in AWD is to rotate tires every 5K miles for even wear.

Bought a "pristine" 2007 Jeep GC (5.7 Hemi) used with about 35k miles less than a year ago. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership service center than on the road. It stalls in motion and at stops without warning, causing power steering and brakes to go out. I've taken the Jeep to two different dealerships a total of 6 times now and the stalling is worse than ever. I have also filed complaints with Chrysler and NHTSA, with no recourse (neither have even contacted me back). This is the most dangerous and unreliable vehicle on the road. With thousands of other people experiencing the same stalling issue, I guess it will take someone's death before anyone takes action.

Bought my Cherokee brand new in 2006, immediately began having problems... the same as most complaints on here. My jeep would lose power, fail to accelerate over 30mph, fail to start, check engine light goes on & off, all dash lights come on & off. This began before 30,000 miles so the dealer replaced the ignition switch under warranty, that worked great for 20k+ miles but the problem began again recently. PLEASE report your issues to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. 100's if not 1,000s of people are complaining of this problem online and Chrysler needs to be held responsible for it. http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/complaints/

Purchased new early '08 with every option. My 3 year check in-54k miles. 7 brake jobs, odd considering it was 90% highway driving....27 incidents of check engine light coming on-2 pcm's replaced, 2 exhaust manifold gaskets, various cracked pieces of plastic broken while at the dealer while being repaired that will cost a fortune to replace (dealer of course denies). Never driven it rough, never had an accident. Dealer experiences hit and miss, most see unable to address SRT issues and how to fix properly.

I purchased my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee brand new right off of the lot so that I would not have to worry about having car troubles. This car has been nothing but troubles! First it started stalling right after I would begin driving. I took it in and they replaced the ESM module. Then one year later it began stalling again, once while I was going 70 mph on the highway! So, I took it in again... and they replaced the ESM module... Again! I filed a complaint with Chrystler and they said that if it happens again they will look into it. Well, 6 months later, my car randomly won't start and is stalling more frequently than ever. They say they can't find anything wrong with my car. It won't start!!

I bought this vehicle new and have had nothing but issues with it. My husband and I have had it towed twice (should have towed it a third time but we limped it into the service department). This vehicle gave out on a busy highway in the passing lane late one night on my way home from work. On another trip the car would not shift out of 1st gear (this was one week after it was supposedly fixed). While driving, the car will suddenly drop into first or second gear. Sometimes when shifting from reverse to drive, the car just seizes up and won't do anything. Today, the car won't even start. I can't wait to trade it in and purchase a Ford. Much more reliable and many less headaches.

DO NOT BUY A JEEP!! I puchased my 2007 Jeep only 3 months ago and it has stalled 6 times since, leaving me in near death experiences.I just grduated from college and wanted a reliable car...Jeep isn't it. I took all these reviews for granted, thinking it would not happen to my Jeep...it did and I ALMOST DIED because of it. Jeep will stall on HWYS, roads, or just pulling out of drive way. DO NOT BUY!!! We should have let Chrysler go bankrupt, and then we would all be better off and driving cars that are actually safe!

This is the 3rde Jeep that I have owned 98,04 and now the 07. I have never had so many problems. After a month of owning it my jeep would not accelerate for at least 5-10 seconds, I ended up having a shifter module put into it, It was fine for about 2 months, Now I am having the same problem AGAIN. It will not accelerate, Thank god this time I wasn't on the highway! A few people have the same year and model and there jeep just randomly shuts off on them. I will never buy a jeep again. They need to do a recall. Looks like almost everyone is having the same issues.

July 17th was told I needed a part for 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo under warranty. Problem with shifting of the vehicle. Told my part would be in on Sept 23. Waiting over 2 months. Called Customer Service and keep getting switched from 1 department to another with no results. Was told my part was High Priority. When finally speaking to someone I am now told my part won't be in til Nov 11. I finally get them to pay for a rental, the cheapest they can get away with. Now they tell me the dealer will only pay for a 5 day rental and they can only pay for 14 days. They are to supply parts for a vehicle under warranty and it's not my fault they don't have the part. Why should I be without a car.

Well its amazing, and probably the cheapest way to get 420 BHP in a 4x4. Amazed, it Torque steers to the right when you give it some, is this standard? It has an upgraded Exhaust and intake but unsure if this changes its performance much from stock. Radio is Boring but sounds good, who cares, No Spare, who cares. I bought my Jeep used last year with 24,000 miles on it. Up until now it has been absolutely wonderful. However,a few weeks ago I started experiencing loss of acceleration when turning. Then this week, I took a left turn and it would not accelerate at all. I ended up rolling to the other side of the road and was luckily able to pull over. Today I spent $950.00 replacing the electronic shift module. The car has currently only 37,000 miles which of course is just out of warranty. I am very disappointed to learn after the fact that this is a common problem. There needs to be a recall on this vehicle. This is a serious safety hazard.

After reading some of the reviews here I realized that Daimler-Chrysler had a design flaw in transmission/electrical systems in 2007 Jeep Grand. At 24,000 miles our dealership replaced a transmission module to correct the slow acceleration problem. At 60,000 miles the manual shift option no longer functions at all . The dash warning light systems light up like a Christmas tree for no reason while driving and the check engine light goes on and off for no apparent reason. I saw several reviews describing the same problems and wonder what can be done if the dealerships can't find the cause. No doubt Daimler bailed out because they suspected big problems on the Horizon. A major recall is needed

I purchased this vehicle after driving it as a lease the last few years (I know, not a great financial decision but I did not know that I was going to purchase at the time). Had few miles on it and I really loved the vehicle. Gets through the snow in amazing fashion. Had to get to the hospital on Christmas Day in Omaha, NE after a huge storm and had no problem at all with no streets plowed. Have driven it on road trips all around with no issues. Rides well in the city, country roads or interstate. Very comfortable. Have had no mechanical issues (knock on wood) with this vehicle unlike what I have seen with other reviews. I am extremely pleased with this Jeep and would recommend it.

I purchased my 07 Jeep brand new. It has had one MAIN issue for 2 years- the slow to accelerate/transmission issue. Along with this issue is a constant on/off of check engine light. On several occasions, I'm driving & the car will suddenly lose acceleration and all of my gear options are blocked out IE: P, d, r, n as if the car doesn't know which gear it to be in. I have to pull over, turn it off and back on. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. A year ago after my 4th trip to the dealership with 31,000 miles on it they FINALLY replaced the Elec. Shift Module-said it was a government covered warranty? A year later -started all over again.Dangerous as hell and What a LEMON!

Purchased new but had in shop only two weeks later. Stalls and won't move. All dash lights stay on and have to turn off then restart and usually corrects the problem. dealer can't find problem. The stalling continues. Now have 33,000 miles and go to start it one day and battery blows up! Sitting at dealer as I write this. Stay away from this vehicle!

I just had 2 window motors go out and they want me to not only fix the motor but to fix their mistake and replace the windows as well. This needs to be a recall. I have owned Dodge product since 67 i have a new challenger and this jeep .My son has a 97 jeep with the death wobble that wasn't recalled. I am a Senior citizen on a fixed income with 2 fairly new cars I bought them not to have these kind of nightmares . Come on and step up and fix this problem. Just like the government did for you. They didn't help you so you could make junk and not stand behind it you want people to buy American then stand up and do whats right!

I purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from CarMax in Dec, 2009. It has been to the dealership 3 separate times due to failure to start. First time they could not duplicate; second time they replaced a wireless control module; third time they replaced an ignition module. It needs to be towed tomorrow. It won't start again. No more Jeeps. I am terribly disappointed.

Is my third JGC, had a 98 and 04 prior. Recently purchased and still not used to the differences between this one and the 04 that I traded. Not sold on the new 3.7 L engine (bring back the 4.0!)and am a little nervous driving it after reading all the reviews on here about shifter/acceleration problems. Exterior looks good and it seems solid built but interior a little tacky and the seats do stain terribly. Doesn't have as much room. Kind of doesn't feel like a Jeep compared to the old one. Avg. 18 mpg and rides smoother than 04. Have to wait and see on this one.

I bought the Jeep with only 3 miles on it. I, too, have experienced the uncertainty of whether the Jeep will accelerate and the windows I think are possessed. The dealership tells me "We can't reproduce these problems". Now, as the final insult, the engine "has thrown a rod" and I am expected to pay between $7,000-8,000 to get this fixed. I do not have all of my oil change receipts. I am told the oil was 2 quarts low. The oil was changed 5 weeks before the engine blew. No engine light came on, no oil light, no warning. I will never buy another Jeep product. For the money I have spent, I should be driving this vehicle for more than 3 years.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee has been great so far. It handled the snow really well this winter, and it is smooth on the highway. The heated leather seats are fantastic, and the interior is well-designed and comfortable for both driver and passengers. I had the same problem with the shift module as other reviewers, but the dealership replaced it free of charge and the transmission has been problem free ever since.

In spite of a few reliability issues (e.g., occasional erratic A/C and occasional erratic power), this car is built like a tank and accelerates 0 to 60 in about 4.8 s! For a 5,000 lb SUV for less than $50k, this is fantastic. It also handles well and is less prone to roll over than many other SUVs. And, it looks good too. I would not hesitate buying another.

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited- under warranty, and the DVD nav system is pretty poor. the maps loaded up from factory doesn't show neighborhoods that have been in use since the 80's, new roads since the 80's, etc. The Dealer update DVD -$200 doesn't guarantee the date of the maps either. The Ebay version - watch out! IF they're selling the original OEM, it still doesn't help. I have the SUV under warranty and the maps are not covered! I can't warn you enough about how poor Chrysler/Jeep did with this arrangement - customer is always cheated -no complete maps when new, $200 update has no guarantees! My $80 Tom Tom surpasses this junk system.

I just purchased a 2007 Grand Jeep Cherokee in November 2009. I have taken it back to the CarMax three times for the same problem. Vehicle mysteriously will fail to accelerate while driving or delay in shifting gears. (Once, it happened to me when I was entering the highway from an on ramp. I was forced to put the hazards on and pray someone did not run into me.) CarMax said they fixed it when they replace the shift module, but it happened again. This time the vehicle slowed down and then just cut off. I don't feel safe driving this anymore. I could have been seriously injured or killed.

I have owned a Jeep Cherokee for over 35 years, buying a new Jeep every 4 years or so. I have a 2007 JGC that has frustrated me (and the dealership) beyond all limitations. It seems NOTHING is ever covered by the warranty unless it is convenient. The paint is peeling off numerous places (even the roof, go figure) and that is considered normal wear and NOW the biggie. I have spent over $2500 & at least 4 weeks in the shop to repair an electrical lock & alarm/tire pressure system not working/bright lights working at random problem that (it seems) cannot be repaired by any technician (nor engineer) from the factory. They have replaced module after module (yes, at my expense) to no avail.

Very scary feeling not being in control of your vehicle. Jan 10 same transmission issue shuttered and shook at 20 miles an hour pulled into station. Shut off for 5 minutes, hasn't happened sense. I've owned Jeeps all my life, and I must say, I am very disappointed with the overall reliability of the new Grand Cherokees. With only 45,000 miles on my vehicle, Chrysler told me that they won't cover the replacement cost of my defective Shifter Module. A local dealer told me that he sells so many of these modules that he personally knew the part number off of the top of his head, yet Chrysler will not admit to a defect with it. The estimated cost to repair is $1025.00 (incl tax/parts/labor). This is just embarrassing. I will never buy another Jeep/Chrysler product again. I guess I've just got to 'buck up' and buy the Honda Pilot. You get what you pay for, as I've always been told.

I bought this vehicle with almost 30,000 miles on it in late 2008, and have since put nearly another 30,000 on it myself. Like other reviewers, I did have an issue with the electronic shift module, which would cause the Jeep not to accelerate properly, though the dealership found a technical service bulletin for this and replaced the module. Since then, no issues whatsoever! I commute 100 miles per day three days a week and have felt very comfortable taking my Jeep even in bad weather. I average around 20 MPG in mostly highway driving.

This one by far rides and handles the best, although I liked the styling of the '97 the best. Serviced at dealer all the time, no issues. The '07 is the Red Rock Chrystal color, changes in different light, and gets many compliments. Currently has 41,000 miles on it with no issues at all. Could be a keeper, but that will depend on the new GC coming out this spring.

Plenty of room inside, nicely arranged for maximum comfort. Wilt Chamberlain will not be comfortable in the back seat, leg room is tight for tall folks. Put him in the front, and turn on the heated seats. He will be happy. The Hemi will impress you with it's power. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

But driving my 2007 Laredo, stalling out, hesitating and poor acceleration is nothing more then a death trap waiting to happen. At 45mph it stalled out again, with traffic behind me. I hit my hazard lights and tried to pull over to the side while pressing the gas pedal to the floor. Then as suddenly as it hesitated, it excellerated!! Driving this car keeps me on pins and needles. I bought this Jeep based on the fact that I see them everywhere and liked the looks of them (and the lease was attractive). I used to drive a 1996 Grand Marquis with 210K miles on it and this thing made me miss that car. Windows didn't work right, moon roof never operated correctly (they didn't open or close correctly). The heat was horrible - either sweltering or freezing, no control. Seats were brutal. And to top it off, I opted for the v6 for "economic" reasons and settled for 15 mpg. A joke. Don't like the gas guzzling all wheel drive all the time I would Rather have the shifting option, sadly based on dealership customer service and Chrysler products this is the last Jeep I'll own.

Had to take in 3 times for them to redo weather stripping because it was not fastened at factory. Horrible blind spots. Cheap plastic interior. Auto windows don't work when it rains and Chrylser wont fix it under warranty? Cloth seats stain when water gets on them. This has been a known problem since 2005 but Chrysler won't fix. No leg room in back seats. Horrible gas milage for a V6. This 2005 and up model is a huge let down compared to the 1999-2004 model. No wonder Chrysler went under

I bought this car in September 09 even though the reviews here mentioned acceleration issues, stalling and electric problems on the '07's. 3 weeks into owning the car the CHECK ENGINE light came on and the car stalled at 10mph/ 2RPM it wouldn't move no matter how hard I pressed the gas! I took it to the dealer and they replaced my gear shift Modual under warranty. Without a warranty it would have cost me $1,000! UNBELIEVABLE. Bought new off the lot 19 mths ago and it's been in the shop 4 times. First the windows would randomly roll down on their own. The back window gate latch will not catch, have to slam SEVERAL times to get it to catch. Several times a week it will stall around 20mph, no matter how hard you stomp the gas...was fixed, now a reoccurring problem. Now at 42,000 miles, I just got it out of the shop today due to the water pump, fan belt, and thermostat. Sometimes it will correct itself and sometimes if you turn the car off and restart it it clears what ever the problem is. Dealer says they cant reproduce the problem. All I know is that this thing is dangerous. My wife was driving in heavy traffic and it cut out on her in 65 mph traffic and she almost got rear ended. Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought this vehicle for two reasons: the style, both interior and exterior; and the positive experiences of my in laws and their multiple past Grand Cherokees. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending Jeep to anyone. My factory warranty expired less than two months ago, and all my problems have appeared since then. The passenger side power window "up" doesn't work properly. The window stops mid way everytime. The power steering has been making groaning noises for the past week or so. The outdoor thermometer has been permanently stuck at 86 degrees for a few weeks. With less than 40,000 miles, and problems appearing almost daily...this vehicle has been a complete disappointment.

It takes a special sort of person to drive a Jeep. If you drive it like a Toyota, you will probably hate it. If you have had Jeeps previously, you know the "when the weather gets ca-ca you pull your select/command trac lever". Not so in this. First time that all time 4WD is at the base model. *Even though the machine delivers top notch treacherous road handling ability, you will forget that its an all time, all wheel drive vehicle and still reach for the lever.* Electronic Gas Pedal is very fickle! It gets confused going up/dwn rolling hills, almost as if it doesnt know if its going up or down the hill, same thing when accelerating at speeds 25-40 mph, I.E. getting on highways from onramps.

My JGC 2007 is a problem.

Between 40-45mph my JGC 07 stops accelerating. Hesitates for up to 10 seconds, then finally gets going again. After owning the car for 6 weeks, I was turning onto a highway and all the power cut off. Pulled over and couldn't get it to start. No electricity either. Let it sit for a few minutes, and it started again. Took it to the dealership and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem, so they didn't fix anything. Today, it jerked hard when I put it into drive. Barely got down the street at 20mph- turned around- and it sluggishly made it back to the driveway. This is a 2 year old car! We owned 2 other Jeeps that were great. This one is undependable and I'm pretty disgusted.

If you own 2007 Cherokee be very careful. A year ago I turned onto a very busy road and lost all acceleration, with the peddle to the floor all I could get to was 15 mph. I took the Jeep in and they said nothing was wrong and informed me it was most likely bad gas. Apparently this was not the case as it continued to happen almost weekly, and now a year later it happens several times a day. I have had my jeep in service several times for this and they always tell me there is nothing wrong. Someone please give me some advice, I am in a position where I can not sell and I don’t have the money to buy a second car. I feel I am putting myself and other drivers at risk every time I get in my jeep.

We purchased new, first thing was the vibration. Started at 55mph. We took it back they replaced the tires 11 times(they were out of round). did not help. they replaced the dry shaft (bent) the rear end(crack)and the front wheel(crack)the Heated seats quit the windows quit the gas gage quit, the winshield leaked, they could not figure what caused this. Headlined was reuined, Exaust leaked, they fixed the wiring problem. it kept shorting out. it was in the shop 9 out of 11 months of ownership. my third jeep and very disappointing. I love jeeps, they recalled mine and purchased a different one.

Bought this Jeep as a demo with 6k miles on it. Has been a great car since then. I follow the maintenance schedule religiously, and the only problem i've had is the front window regulator, which was quickly replaced under warranty at an oil change. I find coupons on the jeep website for a $21.95 oil change and tire rotation, which is great. I really love this car, it is fun to drive, the perfect size, and i average 17.7 mpg is soley city driving! Runs great on regular fuel. It is the perfect car for me. I cannot wait for the 2011 version to come out, i am hooked on Jeeps!

Beware of 1960's quality vinyl used on the seats. I have leather with vinyl trim on the sides of the seat and back. At 45,000 miles the cheap vinyl started to crack and is slowly deteriorating. Not cool for this day where some vinyls look and wear better than leather.

I fell in madly love with my green Jeep grand Cherokee 2 years ago. I've taken amazing care of her hoping that this would be the vehicle to last me the next 10 years. At my last oil change it was noticed my battery was seriously corroded. Last week I started it up and ended up with a funny rattle. I let the Jeep warm up like usual but when I backed out of the driveway and pushed on the gas nothing happened. I was stuck in the road. Took it to the dealership and they say nothing is wrong. A week later it wouldn't start it was towed to the dealership. They said it was my battery but still having issues with it hesitating you push the gas. I've been stranded twice in the last two weeks.

I have driven Jeeps since 1998. Started with Cherokee and purchased my first Grand Cherokee in 2004. December 2006 I purchased a 2007 Overland. This is a great SUV. Nice design improvements and noticeable change in suspension from the 2004. Had some problems with the CD player and ended up changing it out on warranty. Great in the snow, but all of the jeeps I had were. Love the wooden steering wheel in the Overland. Interior now is similar to a loaded Limited. Not much difference between a 2009 loaded limited and an Overland. I have the 5.7 hemi. City/highway runs about 15.5 mpg. GPS is great, but the newer versions have a 3D mode, which is better. 2007 improved the ease of folding rear seat

This was my first Jeep I've ever bought and to be honest for a winter vehicle I don't think I'll ever buy anything else. I've driven several SUVs and trucks and I have to say by far the Jeep Cherokee is the absolute best vehicle I've ever driven in the Snow. The 5.7 eats through the gas though I would recommend maybe going with the 3.7 or 4.7 if your worried about gas millage. With the 5.7L this vehicle can really move but again 14 MPG is a little steep when gas prices are high.

I bought my forth JGC last Fall. A disappointment for sure. The first two JGC I bought were sturdy, spirited and were mostly maintenance free. I bought a 2005 JGC vehicle (used w/20K miles), the transmission failed within two weeks. I was able to get it refurbished under a recall notice. This car continued to be a problem with leaking transmission and delayed/sluggish acceleration. I traded this one in for a new 2007 JGC believing that my former problems were because that vehicle was used. Not true. My new JGC sporadically has had strange transmission problems. On two occasions the transmissions cutout during a rain storm, the dealer has not been helpful.

I bought this car new in 2007. Two relatively minor problems were repaired by the dealer, one a rattle in the roof due to a loose wire bundle, and a leaking transmission. The serious problem with this car is an inexplicable engine stall during driving and the dealer has been unable to diagnose the problem. This car has stalled suddenly at all speeds to 60 mph, and is clearly dangerous to drive. I have contacted Chrysler, and so far no resolution. If there are others with the same problem, please notify Chrysler immediately.

I bought this Jeep from a lease return. I have had it a month and electrical problems, latch open problems, replaced sensor discharging battery (can't find the problem why) and engine light coming on, and the dealership said its something to do with traction control? problem not solved yet, it has left me on the side of the road 3 times, not starting because of these problems, have replaced the battery, never solved problem yet. I am disabled and can't walk without use of a Walker or canes, I bought this, to have a reliable vehiclle. I had a 2004 ranger with 340,000 miles on it, that never broke down on me once in 8 years. Far and away the most enjoyable and useful car to drive that I have had. (I've had many) Very smooth, quiet and maneuverable, and sure footed; perfect for the Western N.Y. snow belt in which I reside. I did have a vibration in the drive train which was remedied under warranty by replacing the front drive shaft The dealership was very obliging and helpful. Got over 20 MPG on a recent 8500 mile road trip road around the country. The only problems I have had with the vehicle was the door sills, the were kind of popping up and the seat cushions did something funky and it looked weird. The dealership replaced the door sills and we haven't had a problem with it and they also replaced all the leather front and back even though the problem was only in the front, they did a pretty good job but not great. The problem with the seats is kind of back but I guess that's the nature of the beast. It has great acceleration and is comfortable, we take it on long 300-500 mile trips and its a dream. I would highly recommend this SUV if you don't mind a SUV gas mileage.

I purchased my 4 x 4 Jeep used (20,000 miles) 2 weeks ago & have been nothing but pleased with it so far. I was looking at getting a Tacoma, but am so glad I got the Cherokee instead. Great car like ride, smooth acceleration & comfortable interior. You get so much more for your money with this instead of the Tacoma (unless you need a truck bed). I highly suggest the Jeep Cherokee. I'm paying a lot more for gas, but I expected that. I didn't buy the vehicle for great gas mileage. Lots of people have written reviews complaining about the reliability, but so far so good for me. My personal experience has been very good. This is the first Jeep that I've owned. The Jeep has been around in my family for years and many of my friends have Jeeps as well. I've never owned a vehicle so great off-road. I have no trouble in the toughest snow/ice, through streams, on unpaved back roads & trails. Recently I experienced a problem where the Jeep would not shift out of 2nd gear, the dealer updated the computer & I haven't had a problem since, also, the power window motors when bad & were replaced around 22,000 miles, I am currently at 33,500 miles. I use full synthetic oil & a fuel additive & get about 17.4 MPG city, 21.4 highway. My only complaint is the speakers, easy fix.

We purchased our 3.0 liter Turbo Diesel CRD 10 months a go. The vehicle is right hand drive and purchased brand new in New Zealand. We returned the car after 5000 Km for the following- whining noise coming from rear Differential, this has since been repaired and just recently been replaced with a new diff that I believe has come from a Russian second world war truck, as it certainly sounds like one, in other words no solution. This has been exasperated by a poor transmission, poor shifting quality - delays in up shift, and a clunking jerky down shift from second to first in slow stopping conditions, we have a new transmission on the way out from the States, poor plastics and seats.

Unfortunately, as soon as the warranty expired, the check engine light started going on, and there was no power to the engine upon acceleration. When this happens, I put the car in park and in drive again and the performance is back. Check engine light seems to go on when there is less than 1/4 tank of gas. Bringing it to the dealer next week to see what's going on, but this is very disappointing. This is the 4th Grand Cherokee I've owned, and the first I've had problems with.

We purchased our Jeep in Sept. 2007 and have had it back for repairs three times in the last two months for the same problem. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee has stalled out and has slipped out of gear 14 times during this time. The vehicle only has 11,000 miles on it and the Chrysler Dealership repair shop first said it was a fuel problem, then it was error messages identifying the transmission, and now the dealership has told us that it is unable to duplicate the problem and has given us the Jeep back with no repairs being made. My wife has almost been involved in two accidents, one of which my two daughters were in the car. I always heard about the reliability of Jeep but this will be our last Jeep

Every Jeep owner will not give it up and if they did wish they had another! I love it, only 2k miles on it, but I have no worries. Bought the life time warranty and the rust proof coating! I haven't had anything go wrong with it, and there was only 1 service recall issue, new antilock brake firmware. It's reasonably good on gas, not Honda levels, but I didn't expect that from it. It's large enough to haul the items I frequently need to haul, without being too big when not hauling things. It's easy to drive and will climb almost anything. I haven't found deep enough snow yet to stop it and the stability control system is superb.

I purchased an 07 Grand Cherokee AWD used for a very good price. I wanted an awd/full time 4wd vehicle that was not too big for city driving. I also considered a Subaru outback. No other midsize SUV is as small as the Grand Cherokee. That is due to the lack of the third row, which is completely unnecessary IMO. This allows the GC to be a perfect size for all around driving. I also considered a Subaru Outback but the deal on the vehicle was too good to pass up. Sure, its fit and finish is not Toyota quality, but it is a very solid vehicle, excellent offroad capability, strong suspension parts, unbelievable on road ride for a vehicle with a live rear axle.

Transmission planetary spacer destroyed itself from the factory install resulting in damaged transmission and torque converter. Dealer service spotty at best. Took 2 tries to finally find a Jeep dealer that allowed for confidence, Century in Mt Airy MD. Brakes wear fast and replacements are 3 times that of a typical brake job. Parts for rotors and brakes alone online are $650. replacement brakes are better than the stock units, less dust and squeal. Interior very plasticky in its build it will grow on you. I have had my 4.7 eight Laredo for over a year. It's a loaded Laredo with Boston sound, six cd changer, Sirius, heated seats, sun roof and so on. I have driven from Ohio to Virginia and back twice now and got decent fuel economy for a loaded down 4x4 suv. I got over 21 mpg on the highway using cruise control, and even got near the same going through the mountains. I get 16-17 around town. The ride is above average for this type of vehicle. The all wheel drive does well in heavy snow conditions. I have yet to see any E85 fuel available in my area. I would like to have that option since my engine is built for it.

Drive it for a week prior to purchasing, you will change your mind if coming from a GM vehicle. This is the second Chrysler product I have owned and the second I have been unhappy with. For the 2nd time since 08/07 I have had 'gear shifter' problems and is in the shop to have it replaced again. Unlike GM dealerships and their catering to customers while their vehicle is in for service I was handed a lowest of the line Jeep Patriot as a loaner. Just goes to show how much Jeep appreciates their customers. I will NEVER purchase another Chrysler product once I get rid of this one. From GM to Chrysler is like going from luxury to ghetto in my opinion.

I love my Grand Cherokee. I owned a 2002 before this and I am a loyal Jeep customer. I love the way it drives and rides. It is very comfortable for long trips on the highway and short ones in town. I love the way it looks on the outside and inside. The only issues I have with it is that there is a little tire rubbing when I crank the wheel all the way right (doesn't happen when I turn left) and that the transmission seems to struggle for a couple of minutes on a cold morning. Also the gas mileage could be better but what do you expect for a large SUV. I get about 15 miles to the gallon in town and about 22 on the highway. Not too bad I guess

Ouch.. the seat hurts and the door lock.

Two big design flaws. The drivers seat is poorly designed and too narrow. Seat is too hard and rubs my right side. I'm 6'3'', 215 pounds, very uncomfortable. Also, door lock not recessed. Continually hitting my funny bone on door lock. Otherwise car is great.

We bought the Grand Cherokee Limited Diesel! Second choice over 09 Murano. WOW the moment I test drove it, I loved it! It drives, handles like a luxury sedan! 4WD makes corning a breeze! No leaning/siding like most other SUVs. I feel safe, secure! I noticed people admiring the body style from other mid size SUV owners! Lotsa of interior room. 5'9", large frame, feel very comfortable, wide spaces to stretch! I feel no vibrations, gas mileage terrific with average fwy/street driving at about 22.8 to 23.1 per gallon with diesel. Its heaven!

Have a strange problem with it, it occasionally stalls (engine shuts off) when coming to a full stop, it's a 2007 GC Laredo with 4000 Miles on it. Took it to the dealership twice and they could not find anything wrong.

This is my second Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, a 2007 that we just bought new in 3/08. These are great vehicles. If you can do it, I highly recommend the Limiteds. They are luxurious but sporty. I'm admittedly a gadget girl, so I love the little features--stereo controls behind the steering wheel, power memory seats and mirrors, leather interior, etc. The V8 drives like a dream, smooth but very quick. It is so fun to drive. Design is classic. A much "cooler" choice for this soccer mom than other options!

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I have no problems with acceleration. This has been the most fun driving I have had in a while. My first SUV and I am hooked. Love the look, love the ride! My favorite vehicle thus far. One thing, my back seats rattle. Not sure why, but I am having it looked at soon. No biggie though.

this is not my first jeep. but after purchasing my 2007 jeep grand Cherokee I have one problem after another. now my latest one is that the drivers door frame is poorly built, the metal that was use in the manufacturing of the door frame is very very weak! so weak that after 8 months of opening and closing the door, the metal where the hinge mounted bent one day just enough to allow the door caught the fender now the dealer tells me that they won't fix the problem. so I have a $30,000 vehicle with a bent door and fender! list of problems, speakers blown, windows won't roll up tire rub when turning, leaking trans, trans slipping, and the list goes on...

We purchased the GC primarily due to availability. Ordered in Korea and delivered in Germany. We have come to really like the GC...it really grows on you. I am very happy with the Quadra-Trac II which was a major selling point, along with the GVW (safety). We have the 4.7L E85 option but really wanted the CRD...it was unavailable at the time. Have not run it on ethanol yet but do know I get much better mileage using premium gas. It handles well on the Autobahn but definitely needs better rain tires. The ride height and shape proves to be a real nuisance with gusting cross-winds as I've recently found out. All in all we are satisfied with our purchase.

I come from all-Japanese car background (our second family car is Honda Accord). My JGC was leased because of the terrific deal, and this is the only good thing about the Jeep ownership. I will gladly join other mad reviewers about the sluggishness of the transmission: it often "refuses" to shift gear for 4-5 seconds, unless I press the accel. pedal all the way to the floor. What a joke?! My other complaints: predatory gas consumption, weak engine for the weight of the body, cheap interior appointments, skimpy storage volume in the hatch (my friend's Honda CR-V, which is a compact SUV, can fit more items in its hatch), dull doors that spring back after opening, unless one sticks out a foot.

Wanted the Hemi after having 2 other JGC (last was a 94). We drive 250 mi to WV from DC every month and my wife won't take her FX35 anymore because of the comfortable ride and Sat radio. Really like the accel on US81 and gas isn't too bad on cruise. Really like the remote start, Sirius, auto dim, blue tooth and pedal adjust. Hard to use the backup camera as it is offset to the left of center. FX has lines on- screen to guide into parking. Great interior improvement over previous JGC. Very little tire noise at speed.

This is our 3rd Jeep 4X4 Grand Cherokee We both love the car but theres room for improvement. The Seats sit to high for me I'm 6'1 my head touches the roof with the seat all the way down. Interior is not as good as the 1999. The 1999 Had a much better interior a less plastic feel. The 1999 felt like you were in a sports car. The 99 got 17 MPG all the time and It was the bigger 5.7 V8. So far with the 4.7 V8 and 4,000 miles on this one we are getting only 13.7 adverage MPG the it does offer flex fuel but none is avaliable here in Texas so it's a useless add. I miss our older better mileage more powerful Jeep. But I still love the Grand Cherokee's

All I can say is that this Jeep is not what I thought it to be. First off, when you punch the gas, the Jeep has this big delay and hesitation. Then it will take off, by that time the other guy is at least 3 car lengths a head of you. I just don't get it. This truck is to have 420 pony's. But it feels like it has half that. Its said to say this but Jeep needs to re-think things a little. I still have my 01 X5 4.4i. And I had my buddy race me with it, sure enough my old X5 beat me by a car length. I'm tellin you, they just don't build them like they used too. Even BMW has changed there stuff. I'm getting rid of this truck and picking up a Porsche Pepper. That turbo S is sick.

I just bought this Hemi Limited a week ago and have put 1,700 miles on it so far. It is so much more comfortable than my '06 Tacoma Double Cab, I can't believe it. The interior is outstanding, with fit and finish very good, and very quiet. The power seats are extremely comfortable, and the Sirius radio with Boston Acoustics is great. I am taking it in to see if the dealership can take care of a rattle in the dash and wind noise around the driver's side back door. The hemi has unbeleivable response, gets reasonable mileage (17.5 mpg overall)and is a blast to drive. The quadra-trac II with limited slip front and rear is truly amazing. I'm happy now, we'll see if I am a year from now.

This our first Jeep. With the year end deals and rebates, we purchased a Jeep GC with the Rocky Mountain package, that include lots of extras. Also included was an option package with heated seats, remote start, and adjustable foot pedals. The high-end sound system with 6 DC changer and Sirius radio provides great sound. The seats are very comfotable and the interior pleasant. The feel of the brakes is perfect. The front wheel well protrudes into the drivers foot area making it a little tight for the left foot. Gas mileage is fair averaging around 18.3/mpg with normal driving. The dark tinted rear window makes it very difficult to see when backing up at night. Very pleased so far.

We have a -Laredo- loaded w/X pkg and 4.7L V8 The X makes a Laredo almost a Limited w/o extra chrome & interior goodies (dual heat & seat memory) we did not need. This is our 2nd JGC, ownined a 01 Laredo we sold to our son. This won out over 08 Liberty & commander & CUVs like Saturn Outlook, Veracruz, Highlander. I wanted something to tow a 2500 boat w/margin. Not sure of V8 but this is E85 capable, 30% cheaper in MN but less efficient too. It's also similar enough to our old JGC we felt very comfortable, and the $4k rebate & discount beat all others. Happy so far, need to write another review in a year.

Some car reviews stated Jeep Grand Cherokee rating much lower than Japanese SUV. I discovered the truth was reversed. My Jeep is running superb and troublefree. My friend who have Toyota had a lot of trouble and unreliable condition. Other persons at work had Nissan and GM SUV gave them horrible and could not run good on off or on roads. My Jeep is a winner without any questions. Hemi engine gives superb performance and very quiet. Highway gas mileage is very good but accepted city gas mileage. The steering system and brake system are superb.

We have had the vehicle to the dealer 3 times for the same problem....vibration in the driveline. Enough vibration that the vehicle in the rear view mirror looks like it has six headlights. Dealer has replaced both driveshafts and then turned them 180 deg. This was a fruitless effort, however it did improve some but the 180 flip put it back to its previous high vibration.

This is the top performance SUV in the world with acceleration, speed, braking, and handling that must be experienced to be believed. Despite that you are surrounded by a luxurious environment with every feature and comfort you could want. When I'm relaxing I must drive with the cruise control or I am going 100+ and not even know it until you notice you are blowing by other cars or you glance at the speedo. My mileage is 14.66 mpg but I never drive less than 85. If you appreciate precision and amazing performance but still need to do the family stuff this is the one for you. You will not be disappointed. I never thought I would own a Chrysler product, I'm really glad I was wrong.

I traded in an Acura RSX for the Family Truckster. I also own a Mazda Tribute. The Hemi is a must Have option. I would say that I am very happy so far but I do have a couple of issues. First the warrantee is very limited. With Acura the warranty covered everything up to 50K. This warranty is not even close, so be warned. Also I am wandering if anyone else has noticed what I term fluttering of the engin at low RPMs going up hill? I might be just feeling something that is not there. Finally, your vision is limited with the low profile windows. The SUV has great power. The style is much better than the normal soccer mom SUVs and all the features are useful. For the price this rocks

I have been driving Jeeps for 20 years. My last Jeep was a 1998 Grande Cherokee with the V8. It was my dream car. It was time to get a new Jeep. Wrong! Had the new Jeep for one day. Returned it. The new Jeep can’t touch the 1998 except for the Hemi. Where to start. Windows are smaller. Interior is plastic junk for the 35,000-40,000 you are paying. Parking brake needs to be in the driver foot well but it can’t because the foot well can’t even fit my 2 feet. No rest pad for left foot in foot well. If the jeep had the interior of the Chrysler 300 I would have bought one. Whishing there was a brand new 1998 GC on the lot with a Hemi. Bought a Ford Sport Trac instead

My wife leased one in 2001 and we were pleasently amazed how much the body style and ride changed in 2005 when we got another Jeep Grand Cherokee. We just traded the 2005 in for a 2007. Not a lot of changes but the ride is the same and the comfort is the same. I love the Hemi and we enjoy using the Jeep for road trips as it is very comfortable to drive and ride. Winters in Omaha are never a problem with the Jeep. It can get through most any snowfall and stick to the road easily. Leased this Limited 4.7 AWD..at 1,600 miles had catastrophic transmission failure not uncommon with the Daimler 300 series auto tranny. Opted for new Jeep replacement after they wanted to give back original with drivetrain removed and replaced. 2nd vehicle had a locked rear caliper so I got new rear brakes after a few miles. So-so gas mileage and typical V-8 (USA style) performance, i.e. mediocre which WOT producing a lot of engine thrashing noise but little acceleration. Large A pillars and bulky rear view mirror setup makes for large forward, lt/rt. blind spots. Interior plastic soft and easily scratched, like "soft" exterior paint. After 2,600 miles I have no major complaints. I did have an issue at about 2,100 miles with the vehicle not starting but it, for some reason, just needed a jump. Was going back and forth between the Hemi and the 4.7, but in the end chose the 4.7 Not as quick as I had hoped, but still fine for everyday driving. Averging between 15-16mpg in mainly stop and go traffic. Between returning buyer rebate, a discount through work and the manufacturer rebate, got over $9,000 off sticker.

Bought almost new (4300 miles) and my wife and I love it! Traded in a 2003 Suburban Z71 and not looking back. Same fuel economy, no third row (we didn't need it), but the SRT8 is easier to park and way more fun to drive. My wife was considering the BMW X5 and the Lexus RX350, but she always had a soft spot for the older Grand Cherokees. I pointed out the SRT8 had better seats and better performance than the X5 (she's an aggressive driver for a girl :) and she didn't believe me. One test drive and she was hooked. I wasn't looking forward to driving a minivanish Lexus or even the more performance Bimmer (and I own a 540i.) But this is truly a vehicle that both of us love driving!

WOW!

What a great SUV. Looks great. I got the Black/Slate Gray combo. The Hemi is powerful, it runs quiet, the Nav is great. The leather/suede seats are great. Much, much better than my WJ, but I miss it. The Overland attracts a lot of attention. I have received so many compliments and I have only had it for 2 days!

The AWD has a heavy draggy feel, especially turning. There is no manual switch on the rear camera (unlike RV), so no way to monitor a trailer via camera. It's instant off, so if you pull up, you lose the view. Objects are much closer than they appear. Adjusting the brightness of the nav unit is possible, but no adjust for when in radio mode, except ineffective dash brightness. I have a towel taped over the dash as all settings are way too bright at night. Per tech there is no way to turn off the display. Per dash computer, MPG has been a disappointing 11.5 MPG over the first 300 miles. Roadside coverage is watered down - no coverage for lockouts, flats or gas.

This is my first Jeep purchased, actually it's even my first SUV. I've always had 4 and 2 door cars. I brought the car because I've always loved Jeep's styling and invoice minus $3,500 rebate helped me love it even more. Gas mileage is OK, I guess I didn't expect hybrid like mileage. Has the truck for about 2 weeks, loving it so far. Had the dealership reverse the tires so its completely blackwall, they forgot to put the stem caps on and now my TPSM is going nuts and the steering wheel shakes at above 50mph. Don't know if that is the cause or not but I scheduled a service appointment. If you're looking for a good SUV, that is comfortable, affordable, and fun to drive, definitely test drive this truck.

Sold an Escalade for this SUV. Superfast, Car and driver reviews say 13.40 in the 1/4. Sounds great, spotty build quality with paint and plastic. Great performance, great handling rides like a performance car should, not for the person who wants to ride on an air cushion. Gets a lot of attention at lights and parking lots. Stops on a dime with the huge brakes.

I use this Jeep for weekend driving from CT to NH and use it off road quite a bit. It's is a joy to drive on the highway. It's fast for an SUV but a tad torquey around town (lots of head snapping) with the family and dog in the car. It's quite capable off road but doesn't seem as tough as the 2001 Jeep I had or my Tahoe Z71 with a heavy duty suspension. It also gets worse gas mileage than my Tahoe. If you have to choose between a larger SUV and this one I would chose the Tahoe over the Overland.

Had a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I loved the performance - wife did not like the transmission. Went to an Acura MDX. Now back to the Grand Cherokee - lots of vehicle for the money. Great options with the limited package. The 4.7 V8 is not as spirited as in the 2000? Watch Chrysler - newspaper cited a significant recall for the 2007 Grand Cherokee - dealer's service department did not address this recall concerning loss of electronic brake function, antilock brake system, traction control and speedometer functions. Given the dealer apathy, I doubt I would be too quick to buy another Chrysler Product.

The Hemi engine option is the way to go. The power is smooth along with the ride. The ride is very car-like and the end of the year deals made it a great buy. It is slightly lower and less roomy than our 2004 Mountaineer but the redesign in 2005 improved the Jeep. Handles well, gas mileage down but that is because I like the exhaust sound and the ability to go with it being new and not broken in yet (only 300 miles on the odometer). The navigation system and Sirius radio helps along with the standard remote start system makes this SUV a standout. Drive the 4.7 V8 first and then drive the Hemi - you will be sold.

This is my 3rd Jeep; the prior ones were a 2001 Limited and a 2004 Limited. Each time I bought one there was general improvement in features, comfort and reliability. This 2007 Overland is a huge jump over the 2004. Ride and handling are much improved. The interior seems more spacious and quieter. The new features (backup camera & remote start) are now must haves on my list. The power of the 5.7 Hemi over the previous 4.7 is very noticeable. Fuel economy is in the same range as the 4.7 (still improving as I put more miles on it). Overall a much improved and refined vehicle - less truck like than the previous generation. Looking forward to going on a long trip with this one.

Pros: Power, ride quality , driver position, handling and all the cool high tech features (cameras (yes there are 2!), auto climate, lights etc.) Cons: Rear seats seem to have been made only for kids...or really tiny adults. I am less than average build (5'8") and I would not want to sit in the rear seat for even a short duration. Stereo sound is not center balanced...wonder if a dealer could make that adjustment.

I love the ride in the Cherokee. It feels really smooth like a car. I hardly feel bumps in the road. I love the exterior design of the Jeep.

This is the first Jeep I have purchased. Overall it has been very good. 8000 miles to date so it is still new. A/C will whistle with the medium fan setting. Ride is great. Power is good. Have the Rocky Mountain Package which makes the Laredo more of a Limited. No real complaints to this point. I would recommend this Jeep to other potential buyers.

I had a 2004 Liberty drove it from FL to IL. Came home with the Cherokee. The Cherokee was a much more comfortable drive. I did not feel like I need to get out and stretch as much.
