If your 2015 Ford Taurus radio isn't working, the first thing to check is the fuse. While there could be other causes like a faulty wire or a broken radio itself, a common culprit is the fuse. To access the fuse box, look to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack along the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, you'll find various fuses. On the back of the panel, you'll see a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If there's no diagram on the back, you can refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you identify the needed fuse, simply remove it. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections is intact. If it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses typically cost around $10, so they are quite affordable.
The radio in your 2015 Ford Taurus car might unexpectedly quit working because of a blown fuse, a malfunctioning ECU, or faulty wiring under the dashboard - a common issue.
The fuse strip keeps snapping.
