I'm facing an issue that I attempted to resolve by resetting and even took it to the dealership, but they couldn't solve it. This is now the third device we've had with the same issue. The previous one was swapped out towards the end of 2020. They claim it's no longer under warranty, but I'm sticking to my guns and refusing to pay for a new unit because this shouldn't be happening in a 7-year-old car.
