Many 2010 Volkswagen CC owners have had trouble getting bluetooth Audio to work in their cars. To connect a device, first turn on bluetooth on your phone and pair it with the VW from the phone's menu. Most users are able to successfully pair their devices with the CC. However, issues arise when owners try to use the "bluetooth Audio" option on the vehicle's "MEDIA" button, as the feature may not be activated even when selected. The general feeling among users is that the problem lies with the CC's built-in bluetooth module, which may not support BT Audio unless it is the "Volk-L accessory" version. Other potential reasons for the issue could include missing software updates or the need for a software reboot.
My Bluetooth is connected, but when I switch to media, the Bluetooth button isn't highlighted. I double-checked that Bluetooth was turned on, but I can't select the BT-audio button.
If you experience issues with the Bluetooth audio in your 2010 VW CC, try resetting it and turning off your device.
