There could be a few reasons why the backup camera on your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica isn't working properly. One common issue might be a blown fuse, which could show up as "No Signal" on the display. You can check for the fuse in either the engine compartment or the passenger cabin and swap it out for a similar amperage fuse. If the image is blurry or distorted, it might just need a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth to clear any dirt. The lens is positioned low and can easily get dirty. It could also be damaged and require replacement. Faulty wiring near the camera, especially close to the ground, could also be the culprit. If this is the case, you might see a picture but it'll be black and white with static, like an old TV show. Lastly, if the screen is black, the camera might be connected to the video feed instead of the auxiliary cable, a common issue after servicing, bodywork, or detailing the vehicle.
