The reason why the heated seats in the 2015 Cadillac SRX aren't working is likely because of a faulty fuse. To access the fuse box located under the car's hood, you need to lift the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a seam running around it. When you open this box, you'll find the fuse inside. The lid of the box will have a diagram indicating which fuse relates to which component. If the diagram isn't on the lid, you can also refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you identify the correct fuse, remove it by pulling it out. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact; if it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good, and you can reinsert it. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, typically costing around $10.
If the heated seats in the 2015 Cadillac SRX are not functioning, it could be due to a blown fuse, faulty wiring beneath the seat, or a malfunctioning thermostat.
