Why aren't the heated seats in my 2015 Cadillac SRX functioning properly?

The reason why the heated seats in the 2015 Cadillac SRX aren't working is likely because of a faulty fuse. To access the fuse box located under the car's hood, you need to lift the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a seam running around it. When you open this box, you'll find the fuse inside.
