The BMW X5 E70 does not have a separate park distance control (PDC) module. The PDC function is integrated into the junction box electronics (JBE), which control the central locking system. If you're having an issue with your park distance control, it's likely related to the JBE. The JBE is located behind the glove box as part of the junction box or fuse panel. It's rare for the JBE to fail without causing other errors besides just the PDC, so if this is the problem you're dealing with, it's best to check the cables or wiring harnesses, which are prone to failure.
