On your Audi A5, the jack is found in the cargo area. To access it, you'll first remove the cover holding the spare tire and take out the tire. Underneath the spare tire, you'll find the jack along with a wrench, locking wheel bolt adapter, and a cap removal tool (shaped like a hook). Use the tool to remove the bolt covers on the wheels. The jacking point for your car is situated behind the door sill markings. Align the jack so that its claw fits around the seam, then lift up the vehicle and proceed with changing the tires as you would normally do.
