Where can I find the EGR temp sensor on a 2015 Ford Transit?

When you're facing the engine of your 2015 Ford Transit, you'll notice the EGR sensor on the left side of the intake manifold close to the valve. To swap out the sensor, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable and moving it out of the way. Next, detach the electrical connector on the valve by pressing the tab and sliding it off. Once that's done, you can use a wrench to unscrew the sensor. Replacing it with a new one is just the opposite of removal. If the sensor is failing, you may hear pinging noises, notice more emissions, and see the check engine light come on.
